Role/ Scope of Work
Generate sales revenue through prospecting, nurturing and closing
business in the
Enterprise/ Mid-Enterprise, SMB Segment
Build and manage your sales pipeline for strong coverage ratios; achieve
quarterly revenue
targets
Manage the entire account lifecycle from account strategy, customer engagement, solution
development and contract negotiation; meet or exceed quarterly/ annual revenue quota
Develop, maintain and grow
executive relationships in your target account to expand
revenue potential
Work
with all levels of Sales/
Marketing/ Product leadership to continuously improve key
sales
management processes
like territory planning, lead/pipeline/opportunity management
and KPI reporting
Maintain excellent due diligence in CRM for your Lead, Accounts and Opportunities (on a
daily, weekly, monthly basis)
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of new business acquisition sales in a B2B software organisation. Top 10%
of the team, with a strong track record of success.

Estimation of Level of Efforts(LOE) and Deployment Timelines.
Accountable for ensuring advanced analytics and data science outcomes are continually improved such that product and service offerings stay aligned with changing business needs and strategic objectives
Performing line management of product teams operating within an AGILE methodology
Collaborating closely with Business Owners and users to define product roadmaps, epics, features and user stories
Working with team members to take shared responsibility for the overall efforts that the team has committed to
Taking responsibility for the quality data solutions that developers produce
Interacting with Stake holders (Internal & External) as necessary to clarify requirements and agree on priorities
Review project team solution designs to ensure technical alignment & consistency against predefined target architecture and established standards
Work in partnership with third party suppliers to formulate and execute delivery of customer-focused Product & Services
Assist in developing standards for data ingestion, data access layers, application and integration of selected SaaS platforms and Data Science solutions as key components of the overall solution architecture
First Level of the Analysis of the Data Issues.
Understand End-End Flow of the application technically and functionally to enable oneself to be an eventual Product Owner.
Build and maintain architecture, design, and metadata documentation

Designation: Automation Tester
Job Location: Delhi (Hybrid Mode)
Job Summary:
An expert within the testing center excellence, the test automation engineer who will be responsible for automating the test effort as much as possible. You will be suggesting ideas for automated software test procedures. Besides, you will be highlighting problem areas and tracking bugs that hinder software installation. If you have a strong technical background and can streamline all testing activities, then we would love to have you on board.
What do we expect you to do?
- Develop testing strategy, plans, estimates and schedule to support projects and product releases
- Designing and developing test automation scripts.
- Participate in all reviews necessary to ensure quality in the product - requirements, design, status and code
- Researching issues in software through testing.
- Collaborating with Software Developers to develop solutions and fixing bugs.

What are We looking for?
- 3-5 years of experience in testing with prior experience in a product organization
- Prior experience working with a product start up company is required
- BE/BTECH/MCA/BCA Degree holder
- Proficiency in one or more general purpose programming languages (e.g. Java, JavaScript, Python)
- Must have hands on experience in test automation tools/frameworks -Selenium
- Proficient in MySQL, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL (MongoDb) environments
- Working knowledge API and Services testing (RestAssured, Karate, SOAP UI, Postman or similar tools)
- Experience in Mobile App Automation for iOS and Android Apps using Appium, Detox or any other automation tools like Espresso etc.

Founder & Team
The founder is Shariq Plasticwala. He is a graduate of IIT Bombay & Stanford GSB. He was part of the founding team of Amazon India where he played a key role for over 8 years. Background
- At least 6+ years experience in back-end development in a fast-paced environment, working in Python & Django Framework

Opportunity

- Developing APIs and endpoints for deployments of our product.

Skills Requirements:

Basic knowledge of accounting and financial processes is mandatory.
Advanced knowledge of Excel, with ability to analyze financial data.
Good problem-solving skills to independently identify problems and determine possible solutions.
Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team
Experience with development (ideally, but not limited to VBA, M, etc) would be an advantage.
