Role Overview:

We are looking for a junior FP&A Analyst who can support the finance team in planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business analysis. This role is ideal for someone with 1+ year of relevant FP&A experience who understands business numbers and can translate data into insights.

Note: 

This is not an accounting-focused role. We are looking for candidates with a business finance / FP&A mindset, not core accounting or audit profiles.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Budgeting & Forecasting

• Assist in preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts
• Track actuals vs budget and highlight key variances

2. Business Analysis

• Analyze financial and operational data to support decision-making
• Work closely with restaurant operations to understand cost drivers and revenue trends

3. MIS & Reporting

• Prepare monthly MIS reports, dashboards, and performance summaries
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting for internal stakeholders

4. Variance Analysis

• Identify deviations in cost, revenue, and profitability
• Provide actionable insights to improve business performance

5. Data Handling & Modeling

• Work on Excel-based financial models and reports
• Maintain and update financial datasets

6. Stakeholder Coordination

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations and finance
• Support ad-hoc analysis and business reviews

Eligibility Criteria:

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in FP&A / Business Finance / Financial Analysis
• Experience in hospitality, retail, QSR, FMCG, or similar fast-paced industries is preferred

Required Skills:

• Strong analytical and numerical ability
• Good understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting concepts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (mandatory)
• Basic understanding of business finance and performance metrics
• Ability to work with large datasets and generate insights
• Good communication skills (no constraints)

Key Responsibilities:

• Write SEO-optimized blogs and articles on HR, payroll, SaaS, and workforce management.
• Create social media content and scripts for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms.
• Write ad copy for Google, LinkedIn, and Meta campaigns.
• Develop landing pages and website content.
• Write email campaigns, newsletters, and lead nurturing content.
• Prepare sales materials like brochures, one-pagers, and case studies.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of professional experience in content writing, copywriting, or content marketing—preferably in SaaS or B2B tech
• Proven ability to write across multiple formats: blogs, ads, emails, landing pages, and social—portfolio required
• Understanding of HR, payroll, or business operations topics (or a genuine eagerness to learn them fast)
• Solid grasp of SEO fundamentals — keyword research, on-page optimization, and writing with search intent
• Strong copywriting instincts—you know how to write a hook, build desire, and close with a CTA
• Experience collaborating with product, design, and marketing teams to create accurate, on-brand content
• Self-starter who can manage a diverse content calendar, juggle multiple content types, and meet deadlines

Job Description:

As a Senior Software Engineer at Stantech AI, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade backend services and APIs that cater to the unique needs of our clients. You will be a key member of our engineering team and will contribute to the success of projects by leveraging your expertise in Python, SQL, and modern DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend applications and RESTful APIs using Python FastAPI framework.
