Job Description

• Design technical specifications for RPA (Blue Prism) that meets the requirements and handled all the non functional requirements of concurrency, scalability, security requirements, restart and recovery.
• Develops and configures automation processes as per the technical design document to meet the defined requirements. Works on the coding the more complicated automations or reusable components, and delegates and mentors junior developers for the less complex components.
• Develops new processes/tasks/objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand.
• Complies with and helps to enforce design and coding standards, policies and procedures.
• Ensures documentation is well maintained.
• Ensures quality of coded components by performing thorough unit testing.
• Works collaboratively with test teams during the Product test and UAT phases to fix assigned bugs with quality.
• Reports status, issues and risks to tech leads on a regular basis
• Improves skills in automation products by completing automation certification.
• Mentors junior developers and performs code reviews for quality control.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Engineering / Computer Science

Additional Information

•  5- 8 years of IT experience and having good understanding of programming concepts.  Should be from a programming background on any coding language (.Net, Java).
• Working experience in RPA for a minimum of 2 years and having project experience of a minimum 3 RPA implementations.
• Understands development methodology and lifecycle
• Should be trained on RPA tools (Blue Prism).

Eligibility:

• 7-12 Years of Project Management experience
• PMP certification is a must
• Prince2 / CSM is preferred. 

Responsibilities:

• Customer facing role & owns the entire project lifecycle from initiation through closure by establishing a project plan & milestones
• Monitors and manages project financials, scope, and schedule to ensure the project stays on track for assigned client projects
• Drives the implementation of high-quality cloud solutions by closely engaging with all project team members (Tech Leads, Business Analysts, Developers, QA, etc)
• Acts as a primary day-to-day point of contact for the client and the operational aspects of the project
• Facilitates or co-leads with customer project manager on regular status meetings with the project team, sponsors, and all stakeholders
• Generates and distributes weekly status reports to various stakeholders at various forums
• Prepare weekly financial summary and take care of management reporting to track cost and ensure the financial health of the project
• Proactively identify and manage issues/risks throughout the project
• Provides mentoring and guidance to project team members
• Manage project dependencies, represent project in a various cross-project forum
• Procure project team; establish necessary team procedures
• Participates actively in CoEs, Discussion forums, advocates the use of MTX best practices

Desired Candidate Profile

4-6 years of total experience in data warehousing and business intelligence

3+ years of solid Power BI experience (Power Query, M-Query, DAX, Aggregates)

2 years’ experience building Power BI using cloud data (Snowflake, Azure Synapse, SQL DB, data lake)

Strong experience building visually appealing UI/UX in Power BI

Understand how to design Power BI solutions for performance (composite models, incremental refresh, analysis services)

Experience building Power BI using large data in direct query mode

Expert SQL background (query building, stored procedure, optimizing performance)

Role of a Quantitative Trader

Role and Responsibilities:

*Candidate is expected to have a rigorous quantitative aptitude and go-get attitude.

*Candidate will be monitoring closely quantitative models in Derivatives markets and manage the Risk of its open Positions

Requirements:

Education (Candidate should satisfy one of the following)

 B.Sc./M.Sc. Mathematics or B.Sc./M.Sc. Statistics from a reputed college with good grades

 B.Tech with good grades and strong quantitative aptitude

 CFA/FRM Level 1 cleared

 Any other degree with Financial Derivatives as a subject and through knowledge of Options Greeks (Portfolio Level, Risk Management, Hedging)

Preferences:

Following skill sets are not required but candidate will get preference if he/she possesses any of the following:

 Working knowledge of python for historical data analysis or working on real-time analytics getting feed from a web API (Data structures, numpy, scikit-learn, tensor flow)

 MATLAB/R for Time series analysis

 Knowledge of AFL ( Amibroker Formula Language)
