JD: We are currently looking for a Accountant to join our growing team at our Mumbai - Kayan/ Ullasnagar office.

Accountant – Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers and journals.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable – process vendor invoices, issue invoices, track payments.
• Perform regular bank and general ledger reconciliations.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Handle daily financial transactions and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce or CA
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar accounting role.
• Proficiency in tools like Tally ERP 9, QuickBooks, SAP, or Xero.
• Strong skills in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and knowledge of Indian taxation laws (GST, TDS, Income Tax).
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi/Marathi.

Location: Ulhasnagar

As a QA Automation Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of web and mobile applications through automated and manual testing. You will collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and Scrum teams to validate features delivered in each sprint. 

This role requires strong automation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to design, execute, and maintain automated test suites across web and mobile platforms. 

Typical activities that would be expected are. 

• Program and deliver as per the scope provided by your manager. 
• Actively participate in the discussions/scrum meetings to comprehend and understand your scope of work and deliver as per your estimates/commitments. 
• Proactively reach out to others when you need assistance and to showcase your work, work independently on your assigned work. 

Requirements 

• Strong programming knowledge in Java or JavaScript 
• Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, WDIO, or Playwright 
• Hands-on experience with Appium for iOS and Android mobile testing 
• Experience in designing and maintaining automated test frameworks 
• Knowledge of functional, regression, and integration testing 
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Role Objective -

The Sales Manager – Trailer Division will be responsible for driving sales growth of trailer products by developing new customers, managing key accounts, expanding market presence, and achieving assigned revenue targets. The role involves close coordination with internal teams to ensure timely execution and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities -

• Generate new business for trailers including Flatbed, Side Wall, High Bed, Low Bed, Container and customized trailers
• Identify and develop relationships with fleet owners, transporters, logistics companies, OEMs and institutional customers
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets as per business plan Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals based on customer requirements
• Lead price negotiations, finalize orders and ensure adherence to company pricing and approval policies
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
• Coordinate with Design, Production, Purchase, Dispatch and Accounts teams for smooth order execution and timely delivery
• Handle customer queries, complaints and after-sales coordination to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline, customer database and MIS reports
• Support credit control and follow-up for timely collection of payments

- Be willing to get your hands dirty - from writing feature stories, drawing swim lane diagrams to running sprint meetings, you will do it all

- You would be required to articulate & justify your vision & strategy behind you roadmap to domain experts & leaders again & again in a crowded & evolving payment stage

- Dealing with engineers & architects to design new flows, adapt systems to new market innovations while maintaining integrity & scalability of the platform is vital

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE :

- 5-7 years of experience in product management with 3 or more years in Payments background

- Strong customer centricity

- Familiarity in agile development framework will be preferable.
