- 12-15 years of relevant experience with at least 6 in HCM implementation. Domain experience in HR function can be an advantage if in multinational organizations in any industry, or in evolved IT services companies

Expectations From The Role
- Act as a central POC to design, drive and execute projects from the Founder's office.
