- Deep functional knowledge (especially in HCM core modules including the above mentioned three modules) having done 4-6 implementations across industries,
- Understands best practices and can lead solutioning,
- has good understanding of the tech involved,
- Speaks the HR lingo and can build confidence and trust among HR managers/CHRO
- Excellent communicator and leader
- 12-15 years of relevant experience with at least 6 in HCM implementation. Domain experience in HR function can be an advantage if in multinational organizations in any industry, or in evolved IT services companies

Roles and responsibilities
- Strong Process & product knowledge of the Insurance products
- Keeping up-to-date with industry developments. Offer solutions and suggestions for process and product improvement to management.
- Responsible for facilitating OJT for the new joiners on all Insurance related products and processes.
- Help in designing a best-in-class customer support and engagement journey for insurance products.
- Liaise with different stakeholders/partners for quicker resolution of customer inquiries and requests.
- Ability to take ownership and work for early resolution and closure of customer issues.
- Ability to accept change and make the best of any situation.
- Proactive in highlighting/ escalating issues/ concerns/ Areas Of Improvements/ opportunities to the leadership team to get their help as and when needed
- Handling and monitoring of all complaints received through all mediums through tracking in defined TATs
- Ensure that complaint closure quality (RCA) is tracked closely by ensuring first understanding all the issues highlighted by the customer. Maintenance of all RCAs and process improvements undertaken for relevant complaints
- Keeping up to date with all the regulatory requirements and changes in the Insurance industry

- Provide hands on technical support and post-mortem root cause analysis using ITIL standards of Incident Management, Service Request fulfillment, Change Management, Knowledge Management, and Problem Management.
- Actively address and work on user and system tickets in the Service Now ticketing application. Create and implement change tickets for enhancements, new monitoring, and assisting development groups.
- Create, test, and implement Non-Functional Requirements (NFR) for current and new applications.
- Build up technical subject matter expertise on the applications being supported including business flows, application architecture, and hardware configuration. Maintain documentation, knowledge articles, and runbooks.
- Conduct real time monitoring to ensure application OLA/SLAs are achieved and maximum application availability (up time) using an array of monitoring tools.
- Assist in the process to approve application code releases change tickets as well as tasks assigned to the support team to perform and validate the associated implementation plan.
- Approach support with a proactive attitude, desire to seek root cause, in-depth analysis and triage, and strive to reduce inefficiencies and manual efforts.

Review all job requirements and specifications required for deploying the solution into the production environment.
Perform various unit/tests as per the checklist on deployment steps with help of test cases and maintain documents for the same.
Work with Lead to resolve all issues within the required timeframe and inform for any delays.
Collaborate with the development team to review new programs for implementation activities and manage communication (if required) with different functions to resolve issues and assist implementation leads to manage production deployments.
Document all issues during the deployment phase and document all findings from logs/during actual deployment and share the analysis.
Review and maintain all technical and business documents. Conduct and monitor software implementation lifecycle and assist/make appropriate customization to all software for clients as per the deployment/implementation guide
Train new members on product deployment, issues and identify all issues in processes and provide solutions for the same.
Ensure project tasks as appropriately updated in JIRA / ticket tool for in-progress/done and raise the issues.
Should take self-initiative to learn/understand the technologies i.e. Vertica SQL, Internal Data integration tool (Athena), Pulse Framework, Tableau.
Flexible to work during non-business hours in some exceptional cases (for a few days) required to meet the client time zones.
Experience on Tools and Technologies preferred:
