Blaash is looking to hire a problem solver with strong technical expertise in building large applications. You will build the next-generation AI solution for the Engineering Team - including backend and frontend.

Responsibility

Owning the front-end and back-end development in all aspects. Proposing high-level design solutions, and POCs to arrive at the right solution. Mentoring junior developers and interns.

Salary -

• The first 4 months of the Training and Probation period = 15K - 20K INR per month
• On successful completion of the Probation period = 3 - 3.5 LPA INR per month

The primary purpose of this internship is to provide freshers with knowledge in web development. We conduct weekly communication classes to enhance communication skills. Additionally, special orientation classes covering topics such as customer satisfaction and work ethics. You will be given training on interview preparation. Key responsibilities:

• Develop the front-end for our products and collaborate with designers, other engineers, and product managers to build new features, iterate on current features, and build a world-class user experience;
• Build responsive & reusable UI components using any one Javascript framework: React, Angular, VueJS, as per the specifications and guidelines;
• Be familiar with Responsive Web Design, common Web UX patterns and anti-patterns;
• Should have hands-on experience of improving web performance including optimising page load, rendering, caching etc;

Required Skills:

• You should be well versed with RESTful APIs and it's best practices;
