Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead – D365FO to lead the design, development, customization, integration, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions. The candidate should have strong technical expertise in X++, D365FO architecture, integrations, reporting, and development best practices, along with experience leading technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design, development, customization, and implementation of D365 Finance & Operations solutions.
• Develop and customize D365FO using X++, extensions, Chain of Command (CoC), event handlers, and frameworks.
• Design and implement integrations between D365FO and external systems using OData, REST APIs, SOAP, Data Management Framework (DMF), and Azure services.
• Develop and maintain SSRS reports, Electronic Reporting (ER), workflows, batch jobs, and data entities.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
• Lead code reviews, technical estimations, performance optimization, debugging, and troubleshooting.
• Work closely with functional consultants, business stakeholders, architects, and offshore/onshore development teams.
• Ensure adherence to Microsoft D365FO development standards, best practices, and coding guidelines.
• Manage deployments across development, test, UAT, and production environments.
• Mentor developers and provide technical guidance to the team.

Mandatory Technical Skills

• 7–9 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365FO development.
• Strong hands-on experience in X++ development.
• Strong knowledge of D365FO architecture and extensibility framework.
• Experience with Chain of Command, extensions, event handlers, delegates, and overlayering concepts.
• Expertise in D365FO integrations and Data Management Framework (DMF).
• Experience with OData, REST APIs, SOAP, and web services.
• Hands-on experience with SSRS, Electronic Reporting, workflows, batch processing, and data entities.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server and database concepts.
• Experience with Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, Git, and source control.
• Good understanding of Azure services and cloud-based integrations.

Good to Have

• Experience with Power Platform, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Knowledge of Lifecycle Services (LCS) and D365FO environment management.
• Experience with Performance Monitoring and Optimization (PerfTimer, Trace Parser, SQL optimization).
• Knowledge of D365FO security, roles, privileges, and duties.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations certification is an advantage.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

• Lead the development of our platform’s front end.
• Work with the product and design teams along with the founders to build new product features from start to finish: through conception, research, implementation, and maintenance.
• Work closely with founders and internal/external stakeholders to build products, tools, and services from scratch and deliver high-quality software solutions.
• You'll leverage your frontend knowledge to help improve performance and reliability, and polish existing features.
• Share your technical expertise to help the team make thoughtful and scalable design decisions and identify performance bottlenecks to troubleshoot quickly.
• Manage product development priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Ensure high-performant and responsive web applications and websites.

Skills & Qualities we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
• 2-4 years of experience as a frontend developer (rare exceptions for highly skilled developers) at a fast-paced, preferably early / growth stage start-up.
• You're familiar with HTML, CSS, Javascript, and a React-like UI framework.
• Knowledge of codebases and version control systems (Git).
• You have experience debugging performance issues with UI in modern browsers across multiple platforms.
• Well-versed with SQL database design & RDBMS concepts.
• Strong arithmetic reasoning, logical and analytical thinking skills.
• Strong knowledge of code quality maintenance and performance analysis.

Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.

Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and seamless transition into the organization.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including employee files, attendance records, and employee data.

Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

Participate in HR projects, such as employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and performance management.

Conduct research and analysis on HR trends and best practices, and provide recommendations to the HR team.

Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and coordinating events.

Ensure compliance with all relevant HR laws and regulations.

Requirements:

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Familiarity with HR principles and practices.

Previous internship or work experience in HR is a plus.

Job Summary: 

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior .NET Engineer with extensive database design experience to join our team. As a Senior .NET Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex software applications using the .NET framework. You will also be responsible for designing and implementing complex database solutions using the EF Core framework that support these applications. 

 Specific Responsibilities and Accountabilities: 

• Design, develop, and maintain software applications using the .NET framework and database solutions using Entity Framework Core 
• Create and maintain data models and schema designs using best practices and industry standards  
• Develop and implement database security measures to protect sensitive data  
• Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features  
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that meets specifications

Personal Qualities, Knowledge, Experience and Skills Required: 

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related field 
• At least 5 years of experience in software development using the .NET framework and database design and development using Entity Framework Core  
• Experience with object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts, design patterns and microservice architecture.  
• Experience with database design, including data modelling and schema design  
• Experience with MySQL Server or other relational database management systems  
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies  
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
