Kapiva is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This role presents an exciting opportunity for a skilled individual with 2-3 years of experience in graphic design who is passionate about creating visually stunning designs that captivate audiences and drive engagement.
Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualise and execute compelling designs for a wide range of marketing materials, including digital and print assets, social media graphics, email campaigns, advertisements, packaging, and promotional materials.
2. Lead the design process from concept to completion, translating marketing objectives and brand guidelines into visually impactful designs that effectively communicate key messages and enhance brand identity.
3. Utilise advanced graphic design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), to produce high-quality designs with meticulous attention to detail and pixel-perfect accuracy.
4. Stay informed about industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies, continuously seeking opportunities to innovate and elevate the quality of design work produced by the team.
5. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a high standard of quality and creativity.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in graphic design, visual communications, or related field.
2. 2-3 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and styles.
3. Proficiency in graphic design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and familiarity with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects).
4. Excellent design skills, including a keen eye for typography, layout, composition, and colour theory, demonstrated through past work examples.
5. Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to translate abstract ideas into visually compelling designs that resonate with target audiences.
6. Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and ideas clearly and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
7. Detail-oriented approach to work, with a commitment to delivering high-quality designs that meet project objectives and exceed client expectations.
