• Identify new revenue opportunities and meet appropriate targets set out by management.
• To understand thoroughly and establish appropriate channels/mediums of reaching the target audience keeping the budget in mind.

Role & Responsibilities

You will communicate with all the team members to establish a pipeline and integrate art assets, taking into account the game roadmap.

You will work closely with the game designers and artists to enable the designers and artists to express their creativity within the game.

You will assist your project lead by providing regular feedback on implementation issues and possible improvements to game design.

You will actively suggest and implement the best solutions in the development process and in the game systems. Also, you will address bugs and other technical issues identified for subsequent release.

You will be responsible for technical documentation.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience with Mobile/Unity3D platform and ecosystem.

Excellent knowledge of programming languages such as C++, C#, React.JS , JAVASCRIPT or Java.

Good knowledge of computer science fundamentals & concepts.

A natural flair for writing well-structured, optimal, and maintainable quality code.

Basic understanding of programming best practices.

Experience on Unity UI and animations.

Exp with Android & iOS game development

Good communication skills.

Familiarity with build systems.

Knowledge of using version control systems like Git.

Experience using debugging and profiling tools.

Passionate about games, especially in playing mobile games.

The Incumbent will:  Be the key person accountable for Project Delivery- managing end to end delivery of high quality projects, meeting all required functionality, within allocated schedule and budget.  Managing the team assigned to deliver projects and achieve assigned project goals.  Be responsible to ensure continued customer delight.

 Own the entire delivery of assigned projects.  Responsible for managing multiple projects involving 15-20-member team consisting of middle layer (PL/GL/TL) and the teams under them.  Responsible for the end to end delivery; ensuring that Project Delivery Metrics are controlled throughout the project lifecycle. Tracking project requirements and implementation throughout different phases.  Participate in business meetings with Function/Delivery Heads; review contracts, carry out risk analysis and mitigation exercises and update the Management on the same.  Project managers should have strong business management, budgeting and analytical skills.  Review and ensure the preparation of the following: ▪ System Architecture ▪ External Specifications & Internal Specifications ▪ Software Development Plan, Configuration Management Plan and Project plan ▪ Technical Documentation ▪ Weekly status updates to all stakeholders  Ensure process and system compliances in the projects.  Exhibit excellent escalation management skills, internal or external.  Manage FPP (Fixed Price Project) & T&M (Time & Material) projects on diverse functional domains  Coordinate, communicate with the client on project related matters.  Coach/ mentor the members in the project and provide necessary support to them.  Performance appraisal/ counselling of the group members.  Evaluate training needs (technical, managerial) and get the required training programs implemented.  Ensure project compliance with Company's Quality Systems and Procedures.

 The incumbent must be B.E/B. Tech. -CS/ IT/ MCA, M.Tech from a reputed institute, with 10-12 years of relevant industry experience across a wide variety of development projects.  Knowledge of current technological trends in the S/W development industry, such as OOP’s, Multi-Tier S/W development, Component Architecture, Web Based S/W  Good experience on Core Java, JSP, Servlets, EJB, Oracle/SQL, planning, budgeting & QA  PMP or PMI certification is desirable. Domain knowledge of BFSI practices is an advantage.  Thorough understanding of Project Management methodologies and tools.  Advanced knowledge of system integration issues and Data Analysis  Understanding the company’s vision and goals, business operations and market.  Is adept in stakeholder management and possess the ability to coordinate and prioritize customer requests with the assistance of other managers to ensure customer delight.  Possess good people management skills and is able to manage performance and disciplinary issues, handle employee complaints and grievances and recommend the hiring, termination and promotion of staff; Should be able to train, mentor, motivate and lead a successful team. JOB DESCRIPTION - UI UX DESIGNER

Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, indesign) (After Effect will be a great add on), Sketch, Figma, Basic Html understanding, Basic knowledge on user journey and user usability.

Primary Function:

Overall responsible for creating design solutions that have a high visual impact. The role involves listening to clients and understanding their needs before making design decisions. Develop creative ideas and concepts, choosing the appropriate media and style to meet the client's objectives.

Major Responsibilities:

1. Should have experience researching problem statements and designing solutions that meet the desired UX goals and stakeholder requirements

1. Should be able to rapidly prototype ideas; pen and paper will do for mockups. Should be familiar with prototyping tools or front end code for higher fidelity prototyping

1. Good communication skills. Must be able to communicate idea to all stakeholders product, engineering and design

1. Must have average above average knowledge of the Adobe Suite
2. Must be able to look at the product as a whole to design workflows that scale

• 3-5 years’ experience with native mobile App development on both Android as well as iOS platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree or above in information systems or computer science
