Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Product Manager with strong exposure to software development to drive product strategy, roadmap execution, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and engineering teams, ensuring delivery of scalable, high-quality software products.

Key Responsibilities.

Collaborate closely with engineering, design, QA, and business teams to deliver end-to-end product solutions.

Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories.

Work with development teams to ensure timely delivery of features and releases.

Prioritize product backlog based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility.

Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Analyze product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Ensure product scalability, performance, and technical feasibility.

Coordinate with stakeholders for product launches and go-to-market strategies.

• Maintain product documentation including PRDs, technical documents, and release notes.

Required Skills

Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Hands-on experience or exposure to programming languages (Python preferred most )

Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Strong knowledge of APIs, microservices, and system design concepts.

Ability to work closely with engineering teams and understand technical challenges.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Experience with product management tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.).

• Perform hands-on development using Java, Spring Boot, Angular.
• Drive solution design, code quality, best practices, and performance optimization.
• Work closely with the client’s product owners and architects.
• Conduct code reviews, technical grooming, and sprint planning.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Ensure timely delivery of modules with high quality.
• Mentor team members and support them in solving technical blockers.

Technical Skills Required

• Strong expertise in Java 8+, Spring Boot, REST APIs.
• Strong front-end experience with Angular 8+, TypeScript, HTML, CSS.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
• Hands-on with Git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, CI/CD.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS) is an added advantage.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Solid experience in PHP/Frameworks of PHP (Laravel,Codeignitor,etc)
• Excellent knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery
• Experience in working with REST APIs and AJAX
• Good understanding of database design and optimization
• Experience of responsive and mobile-first design platforms like Bootstrap
• Knowledge of version control systems like GIT
• In-depth understanding of Agile development process

Desired Candidate Profile and skill set:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant software development experience.
• Good Knowledge of E-commerce websites and WordPress
• Experience in ReactJs and Redux, React-Native would be a plus

• Experience with using NumPy, Pandas, or similar AI/ML libraries

About the Role:

You will contribute to our continually evolving HR platform by working as developer on the in-house product development team. It requires experience of working on HTML5, CSS, Javascript, MySQL, and Java (very important) in an agile environment. Mobile experience is a big plus. You will collaborate with locally based team members and remote Product/Project Managers and will contribute to the design and implementation of new features.

5.    Proficient in MySQL or another RDBMS variant with 2+ years of experience building and interfacing with the database.

6.    Good know-how of modern frameworks.

7.    Keen understanding of user experience and user interface design.

8.    Familiarity with Agile software development processes including Scrum.
