Role Overview

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled DocuSign CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) Administrator to manage, configure, and support the DocuSign CLM platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining contract management workflows, system configurations, managing different xml templates, user administration, and integrations while ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
Key Responsibilities
Platform Administration
- Administer and maintain the DocuSign CLM platform, including configuration, security, and performance monitoring.
- Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls.
- Configure contract workflows, templates, clause libraries, and approval processes.
- Maintain system settings, metadata, and document generation templates.
Contract Lifecycle Management
- Support the full contract lifecycle process including creation, review, approval, execution, and renewal.
- Configure and maintain contract templates, clause libraries, and document automation.
- Ensure proper version control and audit trails for contract documents.
Workflow & Automation
- Design and implement automated workflows and approval routing.
