Job Summary

The HR Recruiter will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and recruiting qualified candidates to meet the hiring needs of Rablik Private Limited. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, develop recruitment strategies, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
• Source, screen, and shortlist resumes for various IT roles (e.g., developers, designers, project managers).
• Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates based on role requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates.
• Maintain an up-to-date database of applicants, managing the candidate pipeline efficiently.
• Foster relationships with job boards, recruitment agencies, and universities to widen sourcing channels.
• Assist in onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
• Support HR activities and other administrative tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications

•  Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software is a plus.

Experience Requirement

• For Freshers: Candidates with a relevant internship or training in HR/recruitment are encouraged to apply.
• For Experienced Candidates: At least 2+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably for IT or technical roles.

5. Building Relationships:

• Foster strong relationships with key customers to drive loyalty and referrals.

• Understand the unique needs of accountants, auditors, and entrepreneurs and position Kitaabh as the ultimate solution for their challenges.

6. Collaboration Across Teams:

• Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to address customer challenges and drive adoption campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills

1. Essential:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 1–2 years of experience in customer support, customer success, or a similar role in SaaS or tech-driven products.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

2. Preferred:

• Experience in the accounting/financial software domain or familiarity with tools like Tally or Zoho Books.

• Multilingual abilities (regional Indian languages).

3. Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in CRM tools and support software.

• Basic understanding of accounting principles or willingness to learn.

4. Soft Skills:

• Empathy, patience, and a customer-first mindset.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Bring in industry best practices around creating and maintaining robust data pipelines for complex data projects with/without AI component
  • programmatically ingesting data from several static and real-time sources (incl. web scraping)
  • rendering results through dynamic interfaces incl. web / mobile / dashboard with the ability to log usage and granular user feedbacks
  • performance tuning and optimal implementation of complex Python scripts (using SPARK), SQL (using stored procedures, HIVE), and NoSQL queries in a production environment

• Industrialize ML / DL solutions and deploy and manage production services; proactively handle data issues arising on live apps
• Perform ETL on large and complex datasets for AI applications - work closely with data scientists on performance optimization of large-scale ML/DL model training
• Build data tools to facilitate fast data cleaning and statistical analysis
• Ensure data architecture is secure and compliant
• Resolve issues escalated from Business and Functional areas on data quality, accuracy, and availability
• Work closely with APAC CDO and coordinate with a fully decentralized team across different locations in APAC and global HQ (Paris).

•  Expert in structured and unstructured data in traditional and Big data environments – Oracle / SQLserver, MongoDB, Hive / Pig, BigQuery, and Spark
• Have excellent knowledge of Python programming both in traditional and distributed models (PySpark)
• Expert in shell scripting and writing schedulers
• Hands-on experience with Cloud - deploying complex data solutions in hybrid cloud / on-premise environment both for data extraction/storage and computation
• Hands-on experience in deploying production apps using large volumes of data with state-of-the-art technologies like Dockers, Kubernetes, and Kafka
• Strong knowledge of data security best practices
• 5+ years experience in a data engineering role
