Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior AI Developer to join our dynamic team and lead AI-driven projects. This role requires a blend of advanced technical expertise in AI and machine learning, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and experience in building and deploying scalable AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Machine Learning & AI: Expertise in ML algorithms, especially for classification, anomaly detection, and predictive analytics.
• Cloud Platforms: Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, including Cloud Run, BigQuery, and Vertex AI.
• Programming Languages: Advanced knowledge of Python; experience with libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and Pandas.
• Data Processing: Skilled in SQL, data transformations, and ETL processes, especially with BigQuery.
• Anomaly Detection: Proven experience in building and deploying anomaly detection models, particularly for network data.
• Network Data Analysis: Familiarity with analyzing network logs, IP traffic, and related data structures.
• DevOps & CI/CD: Experience with CI/CD pipelines for ML model deployment, particularly with tools like Cloud Build.

Must have:

• 8+ years of experience with a significant focus on developing, deploying & supporting AI solutions in production environments.
• Proven experience in building enterprise software products for B2B businesses, particularly in the supply chain domain.
• Good understanding of Generics, OOPs concepts & Design Patterns
• Solid engineering and coding skills. Ability to write high-performance production quality code in Python
• Proficiency with ML libraries and frameworks (e.g., Pandas, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Strong expertise in time series forecasting using stat, ML, DL and foundation models
• Experience of working on processing time series data employing techniques such as decomposition, clustering, outlier detection & treatment
• Exposure to generative AI models and agent architectures on platforms such as AWS Bedrock, Crew AI, Mosaic/Databricks, Azure
• Experience of working with modern data architectures, including data lakes and data warehouses, having leveraged one or more of the frameworks such as Airbyte, Airflow, Dagster, AWS Glue, Snowflake,, DBT
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and deploying ML models in cloud environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Good To Have:

• Experience with MLOps tools and practices for continuous integration and deployment of ML models.
• Has familiarity with deploying applications on Kubernetes
• Knowledge of supply chain management principles and challenges.
• A Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field is preferred

The core objective of this project is to upgrade the Dance School website, developed on the Wix platform, to include advanced features and functionalities that cater to both our users and administrative team.

• Professional Dashboard Development:
• Redesign and enhance the existing benchmark tool to a more professional standard. This includes improving the UI/UX design, functionality, and integration within the website.

This Role Requires:

You will lead the solution design throughout the sales cycle and deliver ideas and solutions to clients to change their customer’s experience. Responsibilities :

Develop and convey out-of-the-box solutions, along with solution ideas to key decision makers to focus on their business issues Understand and articulate the benefits of LogiNext products to educate enterprise clients on the value proposition of our products Conduct on-field and on-site Proof of Concepts wherever required to assist clients validate technical requirements Associate with Account managers and Business Development managers to pilot complex deal cycles with C-level executives Work cross-functionally with business development, marketing, technology and finance team to ensure the timely and successful delivery of the solutions according to customer needs and objectives Recognize product and technology disparity with customers and present a point of view to product and leadership teams Run change management programs to drive change on the ground by working with client’s on-field workforce at the warehouse or remote branches Perform business analytics on the client’s business KPIs and present to the client’s management Generate leads by reaching out to prospective clients across countries and time-zones Assist business development manager in achieving the sales targets by conducting pilots, showcasing results and building conviction at the client

Requirements :

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, Statistics or related field 4 to 7 years of experience in technical pre-sales or sales preferably in SaaS companies Solid know-how of Enterprise SaaS products Ability to multi task at a high degree with passion, strong initiatives and positive attitude Advanced skill-set for driving system integrations, gathering requirements, documenting RFI/RFPs and cross-functional project management Proficient in Excel and SQL Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to persuade, influence, negotiate and make formal presentations in meetings and training environments Confident and dynamic working persona, which can bring fun to the team, and sense of humor, is a plus Strong organizational skills, judgment and decision-making skills, and the ability to work under continual deadline pressure Willingness to travel around 100% of the time within the city and between cities

We are looking for candidates with experience in App Store Optimisation/Play store optimisation and SEO. This is to promote organic installs of mobile applications through Keyword Research, KPI tracking, Running experiments on Playstore. Ability to design graphics will be a plus. Ability to run facebook/google ads will be a plus.

This is a part time, remote role. It will require a commitment of 21 hours per week.
