About the Full-Time Position

We are seeking a Junior Backend Engineer (Fresher) to join our team on a full-time, hybrid basis. This role is ideal for motivated recent graduates eager to gain hands-on experience in backend development. Working closely with senior engineers, you’ll play a vital role in enhancing koolio.ai’s backend infrastructure, focusing on building, maintaining, and optimizing server-side applications and APIs. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and maintaining backend services and APIs, ensuring stability, scalability, and performance
• Collaborate with the frontend and QA teams to ensure seamless integration of backend systems with user-facing features

• Participate in code reviews, learning best practices and contributing to maintaining high code quality standards

Requirements and Skills:

Description of Role: 

We are looking for a career-minded professional with global perspective to join the Mumbai based Data & Analytics Group (DAG).

Key responsibilities:

As part of the Data & Analytics Group (DAG) and reporting to the Head of the India DAG locally, the individual is responsible for the following –

1.Review, analyze, and resolve data quality issues for enterprise core data in the IM Data Warehouse.

2.Coordinate with data owners and other teams to identify root-cause of data quality issues and implement solutions.

3.Coordinate the onboarding of data from various internal / external sources into the central repository.
