Key Responsibilities

• API & Service Development:
• Build RESTful and GraphQL APIs for e-commerce, order management, inventory, pricing, and promotions.
• Database Management:
• Design efficient schemas and optimize performance across SQL and NoSQL data stores.
• Integration Development:
• Implement and maintain integrations with ERP (SAP B1, ERPNext), CRM, logistics, and third-party systems.
• System Performance & Reliability:
• Write scalable, secure, and high-performance code to support real-time retail operations.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with frontend, DevOps, and product teams to ship new features end-to-end.
• Testing & Deployment:
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and observability improvements.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Participate in architecture discussions and propose improvements to scalability and code quality.

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years of hands-on backend development experience in Node.js, Python, or Java.
• Strong understanding of microservices, REST APIs, and event-driven architectures.
• Experience with databases such as MySQL/PostgreSQL (SQL) and MongoDB/Redis (NoSQL).
• Hands-on experience with AWS / GCP and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and code review workflows.
• Good understanding of API security, data protection, and authentication frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Have

• Experience in e-commerce or omnichannel retail platforms.
• Exposure to ERP / OMS / WMS integrations.
• Familiarity with GraphQL, Serverless, or Kafka / RabbitMQ.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Project Manager to oversee Wall Panel Installation Projects across multiple sites. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing interior installation projects, coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams, and ensuring timely project delivery with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and monitor wall panel installation projects at assigned sites.
• Handle client coordination, site surveys, installation scheduling, and project handover.
• Manage installation teams and vendors to ensure timely execution.
• Ensure materials, tools, and manpower are available and utilized efficiently.
• Maintain strict adherence to quality standards and safety norms.
• Prepare and present regular reports on project progress, issues, and resolutions.
• Monitor project budgets and ensure minimal cost overruns.
• Address any on-site technical or logistical challenges proactively.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing wall panel or interior installation projects.
• Excellent knowledge of site execution, project planning, and team coordination.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects across different cities.
• Proficient in MS Project/Excel/AutoCAD is an added advantage.

You can expect to do some or all of the following:

1. Read through protocols’ whitepapers and smart contracts to derive metrics and analyze risks
2. Architect the backend for APIs, async jobs, and blockchain integration
3. Build clean, concise APIs for customer integration, along with the documentation
4. Setup, run and maintain full and archive nodes across different chains
5. Integrate with multiple partners like exchanges and custody providers
6. Fool-proof security across the stack - encryption, hashing, privacy, VPC, etc.
7. Infrastructure as code - build terraform scripts and ensure easy replication of the infra across different regions
8. Research the top DeFi protocols to uncover better insights for our customers and evaluate their risk profiles, security, and historical returns
9. Manage production deployments, logging, and monitoring

We expect you to be fairly comfortable with working with both web3 and web2 stacks. We do not expect that you have web3 experience on day 1, but you should be willing to wear multiple hats, learn things quickly and move fast.

3. Understand the fundamentals of building and integrating APIs and secure systems. Bonus if you know a bit about blockchains and protocols
4. You can be strong on the backend, front-end, or can dabble everywhere. We want you to play to your strengths and will provide enough opportunities to learn and do things outside of your comfort zone

Minimum Qualifications

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the got right attitude to work in fast paced environments
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience
• 2 to 5 years of experience in software development using modern frontend frameworks in JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong in Object Oriented Programming and Design Patterns.
• You have experience of working closely with the product and design teams to deliver the product that materially impacts the business and improves the customer experience
• You follow SOLID principles and have experience with microservice architecture, have designed and implemented high performance scalable services/APIs.
• You have experience with component based architectures, PWA, Service workers, UI patterns and libraries most preferably ReactJS / NextJS
• Write client side high performant applications & develop prototypes
• Experience working with Node, NestJS / Express.
• Experience working with PostgreSQL, Redshift, Dynamo, Mongo and Cassandra databases.
• Experience working with RabbitMQ, Kafka.
• You constantly learn and adopt best practices at work, keeping in mind app performance, security, and scalability.
• You have experience working in distributed systems and built/designed systems to failover, event streaming, caching strategies
• You have experience with Docker/Kubernetes in AWS or any cloud computing platforms. And, are familiar with CI/CD processes.
