But, what you’ll be doing?

We are seeking a highly motivated Junior/Trainee Design Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or professionals with up to 2 years of experience who are eager to learn and grow in the field of design engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing and developing mechanical components, assemblies, and systems.
• Work with CAD software (Solid Edge, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, BricsCAD, etc.) to create 2D/3D models and technical drawings.
• Conduct design calculations, feasibility studies, and material selection.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to modify and optimize designs for manufacturability and performance.
• Support prototype development and testing.
• Prepare documentation, reports, and presentations related to design projects.
• Stay updated with industry trends, design standards, and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Design, or Mechatronics (1st Class Preferred).
• Experience: 0-2 years in a design engineering role (internships/training experience considered).

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in CAD software like Solid Edge, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, BricsCAD, etc.
• Strong understanding of mechanics, materials science, and thermodynamics.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical abilities, and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

This role requires a self-motivated leader with direct Product Management experience delivering Solutions around MS Teams Telephony. Candidate must have a keen sense of the overall UCC market, competitive awareness of the India Unified Communications and Collaboration solutions market and provide critical strategic direction related to India Domestic and Global UC objectives.

The Candidate will be responsible for the India UCaaS/MCS objectives and targets. Also, responsible for Product Life cycle management that involves Envisage, Concept, Framework, Partnerships, Process, Engineering validation, Documentation, GTM etc.

the other responsibility involves Pricing, Bundling, Enablement through Trainings, Adoption and Growth strategy that plugs into our entire UCaaS/MCS portfolio. Critical to success will be identifying Enterprise and Partner offers, migrating customers to the next generation UCC platform with Regulatory compliance, differentiated solution capabilities ensuring that lifecycle management and improving adoption services.

The Product Manager will champion and execute across cross-functional teams and drive solution enablement discussions with Sales, Solutions, Engineering, Service Assurance, Operations, Technology & Service Development teams. The successful candidate will be setting objectives and delivering results that have a significant impact on product adoption.

The Product Manager will champion projects through the Tata Communications New Product Introduction/Agile Development process and lead the UCaaS/MCS Workstream that is accountable for the delivery and customer acceptance of the solutions.

The Global Product Manager will be fully responsible for the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), P&L and CAPEX/OPEX of all UCaaS/MCS business initiatives and programs. Key focus will be on Gross and Net Revenue contribution and growth targets that are assigned to the UCaaS/MCS portfolio.

• Core Javascript, HTML, CSS, JSON understanding is mandatory
• Expertise of functional programming using JavaScript (ES5, ES6)
• Expertise of UI framework - React / Redux, RXJS
• Preferred experience with new generation of Web Programming - using Micro Service, REST/JSON, GraphQL and Component UI models
• Expertise with data visualization flow development along with usage of modern charting and graphical java script libraries
• React / Redux, RXJS, HTML, CSS, Javascript (ES5, ES6), Data visualization and Chart Libraries
• Data Structure and Design Pattern
• Strong knowledge of JSON data handling, GraphQL and their working

 Expert experience developing multiple commercial-grade mobile applications iOS using native languages (Objective-C / Swift, Xcode or Java).

- Demonstrated knowledge of best practices for IOS or Android. Strong experience developing multithreaded applications.

- Solid knowledge of mobile OS architecture - in areas of: UI, memory management, data storage, application management by OS and cybersecurity.

- Experience with charting of data (scientific or medical data is preferred), either custom-developed or third-party charting libraries.

- Experience with UI development of mobile application (scalable for different screen resolutions and localization).

- Demonstrate initiative in all areas of work - proactive in identifying shortfalls in requirements, design or code.

- Experience working with continuous integration.

- Experience working with cross-functional teams.

- Excellent communications skills (verbal and written). High-quality SDD/design and implementation documentation skills a must.

- Experience with unit-testing and test automation preferred.

- Must have apps published in either Apple/Google store.

Requirements and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, information technology or related field

- Evidence of continuing education, such as technical certifications, a plus

- Minimum 7 years’ experience in Information Technology field

- Minimum 4 years’ experience in mobile application development

- Prior experience working in an FDA regulated environment, a plus

- Ability to work in high-pressure, deadline driven environment
