Job Description: 

• Experience in Core Java, Spring Boot. 

• Experience in microservices. 

• Extensive experience in developing enterprise-scale systems for global organization. Should possess good architectural knowledge and be aware of enterprise application design patterns. 

• Should be able to analyze, design, develop and test complex, low-latency client-facing applications. 

• Good development experience with RDBMS in SQL Server, Postgres, Oracle or DB2 

• Good knowledge of multi-threading 

• Basic working knowledge of Unix/Linux 

• Excellent problem solving and coding skills in Java 

• Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills. 

• Should be able to express their design ideas and thoughts. 

• Professional experience in enterprise java software development using Spring MVC framework , RESTful  APIs and SOA
• Experience working in Cloud(AWS)
• Outstanding problem solving skills
• API Development experience
• Exposure to monitoring tools such as ELK, Splunk
• Experience with Selenium for UI automated tests written in Cucumber or Scala
•  Able to handle day-to-day challenges and owning the resolution of issues as they arise.

What Are We Looking For?

Redink is looking for a Sr.BackEnd Developer (CTO) - Fullstack

Technologies - Node.Js & React.Js

Experience - Minimum 3 - 5 years as CTO in startups.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Work across the stack from a code commit to running it in production, with the end goal of delivering the best possible experience for the user
• Design, develop and test features from inception to rollout
• Write high-quality code that is scalable, testable, maintainable and reliable
• Independently own and drive new features from scratch
• Work in an Agile environment and facilitate agile practices
• Champion best practices and cross-functional skill development
• Mentor and guide junior team members
• Cultivate talent and bring out the best in your team members
• Continuously improve by working on and providing feedback.

Mandatory Skills

• Experience working with NodeJS on the backend and ReactJS on the frontend
• Strong knowledge of creating scalable REST APIs
• Working experience with databases like MongoDB, Redis and Relational databases
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and/or Functional Programming concepts
• Past experience tackling scaling issues is preferred
• Experience practicing Agile software development methods is preferred.

• Experience with JavaScript and ReactJs framework.

• Demonstrated experience as a software engineer, with at least 3-5 years’ experience in technology roles
• Experience working on complex systems and cloud architectures, preferably in a B2B or enterprise context
• Experience with the Java programming language and frameworks such as Spring & SpringBoot
• Experience with front-end Javascript frameworks such as ReactJS
• Experience working in databases and SQL queries for high-performance 
• Experience and keen understanding of the value of working in agile teams
• A “quality-first” mindset, with experience working in continuous integration environments
• Highly effective at communicating
• Respect for other team members and a highly collaborative approach to working and learning together

Details:

• Should have Experience of Java/J2EE Developer
• Must have Full Stack Development experience.
• Must have  SQL Knowledge and a good understanding of Procedures.
• Need 4 or 6 Years of Experience Candidates. 
• Should be from a Product Based Company or should have 1 Year of Prior Experience in Product Based Companies.
