We are a product company with headquarter in New York and development centre in Pune.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain both front-end and back-end components of web applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to build user-friendly features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code that adheres to coding standards and best practices.
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Implement responsive design to ensure consistent user experience across all devices.
• Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and integrate with third-party services and APIs.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring code quality and consistency across the team.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends and best practices in full-stack development.
• Contribute to an agile development process, attending sprints, standups, and retrospectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React.js, Next.js, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Strong experience in back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, Ruby, Java, or PHP.
• Familiarity with database technologies (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Knowledge of RESTful API design and integration.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.
• Experience in microservices based architecture is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Synopsis

• We are seeking an experienced Node JS Mongo DB Developer to join our development

team.

• As a Node.js MongoDB Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing,

and maintaining server-side applications using Node.js and MongoDB.

JOB ROLE :

• Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server side

logic

• Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code

• In depth knowledge of node js and Express framework (more frameworks will be

preferred)

• Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications

• Implementation of security and data protection

• Experience with Elastic search mongo database and SQL

• Strong proficiency with JavaScript.

• in depth knowledge on how JS works.

• Bonus points for experience working with GCP or AWS ecosystem such as Kubernetes,

• Familiarity working with VCS such as Bitbucket, Github/Gitlab

• Experience in automated unit test development practices and design methodologies

Deliverables

• Understand requirement through discussions with Business Analyst / Product owner/ Client, or by 

studying / analyzing the Functional Specification Document (FSD), and convert the requirements in 

to technical implementations using technical documentation and unit test cases

 Writing code (server side and client side) with Node JS, React JS and experience with any database 

like MSSQL/My SQL/Pg SQL/Oracle/Mongo DB

• Code technical implementations based on approved technical designs 

• Should have capacity to take control of entire project.

• Design database.

• Prepare technical documents, architecture, design etc.

Required a full stack Senior SDE with focus on Backend microservices/ modular monolith with 3-4+ years of experience on the following:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent industry technical skills
• Mandatory In-depth knowledge and strong experience in Python programming language.
• Expertise and significant work experience in Python with Fastapi and Async frameworks. 
• Prior experience building Microservice and/or modular monolith.
• Should be an expert Object Oriented Programming and Design Patterns.
• Has knowledge and experience with SQLAlchemy/ORM, Celery, Flower, etc.
• Has knowledge and experience with Kafka / RabbitMQ, Redis.
• Experience in Postgres/ Cockroachdb.
• Experience in MongoDB/DynamoDB and/or Cassandra are added advantages.
• Strong experience in either AWS services (e.g, EC2, ECS, Lambda, StepFunction, S3, SQS, Cognito). and/or equivalent Azure services preferred.
• Experience working with Docker required.
• Experience in socket.io added advantage
• Experience with CI/CD e.g. git actions preferred. 
• Experience in version control tools Git etc.
