JOB SUMMARY:

The HR Intern will oversee all human resources functions, focusing on recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training. This role ensures compliance with labor laws and fosters a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will excel in people management, demonstrating expertise in HR best practices and a strong commitment to developing talent.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding:

- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection.

- Conduct interviews, reference checks, and extend job offers.

- Oversee employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.

2. Employee Relations:

- Address employee grievances and provide support to resolve conflicts.

- Promote a positive workplace culture by organizing team-building activities and maintaining an open-door policy.

3. Training & Development:

- Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.

- Facilitate training sessions on HR policies, company culture, and other relevant topics.

4. Compliance & Reporting:

- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.

- Prepare and submit reports on HR metrics and trends.

REQUIRE ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE - FEMALE Duties and Responsibilities: 1. To manage day to day operations of the accounts department 2. Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies. 3. Create and update expense reports, Process reimbursement forms. 4. Enter financial transactions into internal databases. 5. Check spreadsheets for accuracy. 6. Maintain digital and physical financial records. 7. To maintain and reconcile GST data. 8. Preparation of GSTR 1, 3B, Annual Returns 9. To prepare table of accounts, assign entries to proper accounts to ensure proper accounting methods, principles and policies are being followed through Tally. 10. Checking expenses & paying on time 11. Coordinate with Branch offices to maintain tally entry 12. Entry of purchases, sales PAN India level and incorporate Tally data along with Branch offices. Qualification : 1. Bachelors degree in Commerce 2. Knowledge of accounting régulations and procedures 3. Expert in handling accounting software like Tally 4. MS Excel skills 5. Ideal Candidate

Along with Design (UX/UI), you need to possess at least 2 of the following skills:

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

• Strong OO design and coding skills using multiple stacks, and knowledge of the pros and cons of each
• 1+ years’ experience with Golang
• 6+ years application development experience
• Strong data design skills, using both SQL and NoSQL data stores
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins
• Experience working with event based distributed systems
• Experience working with services in a Dockerized environment
• Experience with Elasticsearch, Couchbase, Redis, and/or PostgreSQL a plus
• Requires 6+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 2 years’ experience; or equivalent experience.

Your duties will include maintaining code repositories via GitHub and internal server storage modules.

Responsibilities

Below are some of the responsibilities a Golang developer is expected to undertake in their position:

• Implement AWS containers to support Go implementation and successful repository maintenance
• Utilize Kubernetes to ensure successful application development, deployment, and scaling
• Implement Docker for smaller-scale applications that require simpler deployments
• Employ Linux Terminal command structures to allow easy back-end operations for less-expert technical staff
• Structure our user interface with React and ensure REST API access is available for enterprise-grade finance customers on-demand
• Collaborate with other technical staff to ensure consistent and smooth DevOps workflows
• Choose and implement other JavaScript libraries that will optimize performance without sacrificing security and base functionality
• Manage multiple projects within reasonable design specifications and budget restrictions
• QA design for errors
• Implement feedback and changes whenever possible
• Create visualizations that convey accurate messaging for the project.

Job Qualifications and Skill Sets

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field, such as programming. Other critical skills required are:

• Provable proficiency in Go programming
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Minimum of two years’ experience working in programming or information technology
• Attention to detail and Knowledge in Java is recommended
• Portfolio of work with examples that showcase technical skill
• Strong analytical skills
• Time management and organizational skills
• Knowledge of Go templating, common frameworks, and tools
• Experience working with a team
