Mandatory Requirements:

 ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

●Create, maintain, and track project plans, schedules, and progress updates. 

●Ensure on-time and on-budget delivery while adhering to project governance and gates. 

●Track resource utilization, timesheet compliance, and alignment with budget allocations. 

●Lead and manage day-to-day execution of Salesforce-related project implementations. 

●Facilitate requirement-gathering sessions, documentation, and project deliverable creation. 

●Manage customer communication as the primary interface throughout the project lifecycle. 

●Support end-to-end implementation activities including project planning, issue/risk 

management, communication, and change management. 

●Conduct review sessions with clients and internal teams at key stages of the project. 

●Prepare and/or review test scripts for QA and UAT cycles; manage UAT execution and sign-off. 

●Develop user enablement materials such as user guides and training documentation. 

●Drive process improvements by leveraging Salesforce and business domain expertise. 

●Build trusted advisor relationships with stakeholders; provide product roadmap insights. 

●Lead conversations around scope, timelines, budget, risks, and escalations. 

●Manage remote development teams working across different time zones. 

●Adopt standardized development lifecycle processes across projects. 

• The PPC / Paid Search is responsible for administering and managing Pay per Click media strategies for clients. She/he should be able to quickly understand & support initiatives that will contribute to the goals and success of client campaigns.

• Perform daily account management on Google AdWords, Facebook, Bing and other search platforms.

• Assist in the maintenance and monitoring of keyword bids, Account daily and monthly budget caps, impression shares, quality score & other important account metrics.

• Provide creative copy suggestions and graphical ad templates.

• Assist in the management of Display network placement lists on AdWords & through other contextual advertising platforms.

• Can devise strategies to increase ROI – Is good at increasing CTR & reducing the cost per clicks.

• Leverage AI-powered tools and automation (such as smart bidding, performance forecasting, and AI-driven ad optimization platforms) to enhance campaign efficiency, targeting accuracy, and ROI.

• Support the generation of new paid search campaigns, ad groups, and accounts and aid in the creation of new paid search marketing initiatives.

• Able to understand the business website thoroughly to implement a strategic plan for Google AdWords.

Ø Encourage near miss reporting, employee's reward and recognitions.

>   Development of departmental EHS coordinators, encourage them to report unsafe observations , near miss reporting , conducting department EHS meet , participation in EHS promotional activities.

Ø Ensure electrical safety with coordination engineering department.

>   Conducting job safety analysis, Risk Assessment & Process hazard analysis.

Ø Ensure standard PPE's requirement, use of need base PPE's and its safe disposal.

>   Encourage and ensure incident reporting & investigation, root cause analysis and compliance of corrective action and preventive action.

>   Ensure emergency preparedness and response compliance and ready to operate 24X7 fire Extinguishers, Fire Hydrant System, Fire alarm system, Public Announcement System, SCBA ,Safety shower, Spill control Kit, ambulance etc.

'    Ensure pressure vessel, Lifting tool tackles, hoist and lifts etc. testing and compliance, form-9, form-33 etc.

>   Workplace health & hygiene monitoring.

>   Ensure the compliance of EHS legal register and compliance register.

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Software Developer to join our growing team in Cybercity. The primary responsibility of this role is to deliver a fully functional application based on Figma designs. While API integration is not an immediate requirement, it will follow later in the development process. The chosen candidate will work with React and Redux for the frontend development and utilize dotnet 8 API backend.

1. Ensure that accounting books (Zoho Books) are closed on day-to-day basis and entries are made on tally and Zoho books.
2. Ensure that journal entries required to be passed are entered on day-to-day basis on company accounting software (Zoho books).
