
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in customer relationship management and will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with our clients. As a Customer Relationship Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences and driving customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
● Develop and implement an end-to-end CRM campaign/journey to drive user acquisition and engagement.
● Proactively communicate with customers to gather feedback, address inquiries, and improvise the strategy.
● Monitor and analyse customer behaviour and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
● Track and report on key performance metrics related to CRM campaigns and journeys
Ideal Candidate:
● 2-5 years of experience in handling CRM tools
● Strong understanding of CRM software like Hubspot, Clevertap, Gupshup etc

SENIOR SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER - FRONTEND
● Overall, 2-4 years of experience.
● Solid foundations of Javascript, Responsive web, CSS, Semantic HTML and how the
internet works.
● Strong proficiency with React and its core principles. React Native is a plus.
● Solid understanding of Chrome dev tools, APIs and frontend performance.
● Working knowledge of GitHub and popular cloud platforms like AWS, Fly, Cloudflare,
etc.
● Understanding of software design patterns, high-level design and architecture.
● Ability to independently do LLD and technology exploration around a given problem

The role requires you to:
- Answer client queries related to use of Superset software product, on email channel, and largely phone channel

The Engineering team at Whatfix provides end-to-end engineering throughput that forms part of core platforms and services that drive Whatfix's business.
Our team is responsible for creating the Customer Platform and everything around it - be it Analytics, Infrastructure, or Core Algorithms. The team owns and is responsible for all pieces that we design, build and support end to end for Whatfix product/ business.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and develop highly scalable, reliable, and fault-tolerant systems for one of the world’s fastest-growing startups
- Work with business to define requirements
- Perform technical design and hands-on coding for development and enhancement efforts
- Develop new user-facing features
- Building reusable code and libraries for future use
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Assure that all user input is validated before submitting to back-end services

REQUIREMENTS:
We are looking for a Front-End Engineer to help us scale and go deep on our technical capabilities.
- 4 -12 years of professional front-end development experience
- Hands-on experience with Front end technologies - JavaScript, Typescript, HTML, CSS
- Experience with React Ecosystem (React Router, Styled-components, Server-side rendering, Context API, React Hooks) is strongly preferred
- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux is a huge plus.
- Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around such issues
- Experience in backend programming languages such as Java is strongly preferred
- Experience in building Web applications using frameworks like Spring, Microservice architecture
- Work experience, preferably from internet companies, products, or startups
- Expertise in design principles and their application
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
