Customer Relationship Manager

We are seeking a versatile and creative Creative Media Producer who can shoot, edit, and design high-quality visual content across digital platforms.

You will create content including promotional videos, ads, social media posts, product demos, and branding creatives.

Key Responsibilities

Video Production

• Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality videos (Reels, Shorts, product videos, event coverage, etc.)
• Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment during shoots
• Capture visually compelling shots using proper framing, composition, and angles

Video Editing & Motion Graphics

• Edit raw footage into polished deliverables using Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro
• Add transitions, effects, sound, and color correction
• Create basic motion graphics and animations using After Effects

Graphic Design & Visual Assets

• Design branding-oriented creatives: social media graphics, thumbnails, web assets, banners
• Create visually cohesive and brand-consistent layouts
• Develop design concepts based on campaign goals and storyboards

Content Creation & Collaboration

• Brainstorm creative visual ideas with the marketing team
• Stay updated on latest trends in digital content formats
• Maintain organized media libraries and file management workflows

Skills & Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in video production, editing, and graphic design
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• Strong understanding of videography equipment, lighting, and audio setup
• Excellent storytelling, creativity, and attention to detail
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects
• Good sense of social media content styles and formats

The Impact you will create on the Job

Understand and handle deploying, troubleshooting issues with Compute, Networking, Storage, Database services on AWS & Azure.
IT experience in a team handling the cloud, infrastructure and Linux, Windows operating systems.
Working on  different services in AWS & Azure Cloud Platform
In depth knowledge of a wide range of AWS & Azure services in Compute, Storage, Networking, Infrastructure as a code, Serverless computing, IAM, CI/CD pipelines
Possess a thorough understanding of Internet based technologies (DNS, Security, IP Routing, SSH, FTP, HTTP/HTTPS etc.)

Qualifications and Experience

• 3-5 years managing cross disciplinary products at scale as a product manager
• Strong passion for Privacy. Although no previous experience in this domain is required and mentorship will be provided, you must be willing to become a deep expert in this field.
• Computer Engineering or Software Engineering background with the ability to parse various layers of a software stack (to understand its implications on Privacy)
• A history of building and cultivating lasting cross-functional partnerships with both internal and external groups across Engineering, Product, Security, and Legal
• You are a strategic problem solver and valued collaborator; you are just as comfortable strategizing and leading as you are diving into the details of product work when circumstances require it.

Responsibilities for Staff Engineer role:

• Having experience in Java along with Springboot, Micorservices, RDBMS
• Experience required: 6yrs to 8 yrs.

Responsibilities

• Use your skills in OOP, OOAD, and testing to design and develop robust and scalable software.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on writing production-quality code and tests.
• Maintain minimal yet essential engineering documentation to complement the product.

Requirements

• Strong at problem-solving using Java 8 and above.
• General understanding of SDLC using agile methodologies iterative development.

• Knowledge of SQL and experience in using any RDBMS like MySQL, PostgreSQL.
