About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and proofread clear and engaging copy for blogs, websites, emails, product pages, social media, and more.
• Plan and manage the content calendar in coordination with marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with designers, marketing, and product teams to align content with brand voice and messaging goals.
• Conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO.
• Track and report on content performance using analytics tools.
• Assist in developing and maintaining brand tone, style guides, and messaging consistency.
• Manage content publishing across platforms (WordPress, CMS, social media tools).

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, or content management.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to grammar and tone.
• Experience using content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and basic knowledge of SEO.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• A portfolio of writing samples (required).
• Bonus: Basic understanding of performance marketing, email marketing, or graphic tools like Canva.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.

• Design technical specifications for RPA (Automation Anywhere) that meets the requirements and handled all the non functional requirements of concurrency, scalability, security requirements, restart and recovery.
• Develops and configures automation processes as per the technical design document to meet the defined requirements. Works on the coding the more complicated automations or reusable components, and delegates and mentors junior developers for the less complex components.
• Develops new processes/tasks/objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand.
• Complies with and helps to enforce design and coding standards, policies and procedures.

Additional Information

•  5- 8 years of IT experience and having good understanding of programming concepts.  Should be from a programming background on any coding language (.Net, Java).
• Working experience in RPA for a minimum of 2 years and having project experience of a minimum 3 RPA implementations.
• Understands development methodology and lifecycle
• Should be trained on RPA tools (Automation Anywhere).

In your role you will:

• Be an active member of the GSS Fi management team in Global Centre Pune driving strategic and people orientated change programs.
• Manage a team of professionals delivering/processing the full cycle of cash allocation, cash management, accounts receivable and master data management
• Oversee and steer the day to day operation and delegate responsibilities across your team such that key performance indicators are consistently delivered.

• Several years experience in managing Credit collections teams to drive performance.  Must be organised and goal oriented.
• Solid knowledge in double entry book keeping (you don’t have to be a qualified accountant)
• Experience in creating and presenting cash flow forecasts to Regions and Group Treasury.
• Drive high quality Balance sheet reconciliations (Accounts receivable and Bank account)
• Experience in arranging payments (daily cash mobilisation) in the Regions that are being supported, which means multi-currencies.  This will also mean Legal Entity (LE) deposit maintenance and tracking.
• Credit Card payment processing and reconciliation
• Given we use Oracle, driving more automation to improve efficiency would be a good thing.
