Role Description

Responsibilities in Detail

• Interacting with assigned leads/clients and lining up F2F meetings or site visits
• Schedule and conduct site visits and regular follow up with the clients until closure.
• Leads will be provided Convincing and Negotiating Deals with Customers
• Coordinate between clients and the company and update the status regarding services, pricing, and new product releases.
• Achieving sales targets and adhering to organization policies religiously

Qualification

• Maintain and develop relationships with new & existing customers in person and via telephone calls,chat and emails

• Maintain good relationship with Developer employees to ensure the client get the proper info like Features,Specifications,Pricing and Availability at the time of site visit

• Should have quality to engage and build strong relationship with customers from the enquiry to property registration

• Get updated about exciting & upcoming projects,industry developments,schemes,govt.subsidies,housing loan benefits for home buyers

• Prepare and Maintain on Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports in the shared formats

• Achieving Sales targets and Adhere organisation policies religiously 

• Maintains quality service for clients and Developers by establishing and enforcing organization standards

• Identify new projects/inventory to add on exciting inventory 

• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Skills and Qualifications Required

• Extensive knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JS methods for providing per formant visual effects and keeping the frame rate above 30 fps at all times

• Validating user actions on the client-side and providing responsive feedback

• Knowledge about PHP & MYSQL

• Good knowledge of Responsive developments.

• Experience with Restful API Services.

Responsibilities

• Delivering a complete front end application

• Ensuring high performance on mobile and desktop. Writing tested, idiomatic, and documented JavaScript, HTML, and CSS

• Coordinating your workflow with the graphic designer
