About the Role

We are looking for a skilled .NET / Java Developer with 3–6 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate should have strong programming skills, experience in building scalable applications, and the willingness to learn and upskill in modern technologies including Python and AI/GenAI concepts.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality applications using .NET or Java.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues.
• Work on API integrations, backend logic, and database management.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and be willing to upskill in AI/GenAI as required.

Required Skills

Technical Skills (Must Have):

• Strong development experience in .NET (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core) or Java (Core Java, Spring/Spring Boot).
• Proficiency in RESTful API development.
• Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar).
• Good understanding of OOP concepts, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.

Desired/Good to Have:

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Python or willingness to learn.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Understanding of microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with AI/GenAI concepts or interest in being upskilled.

Professional Requirements

Required Education:

B.Tech./ BE - Computer, IT, Electronics only

Required Skills:

• 2+ year of experience in Development in JAVA technology.
• Strong Java Basics
• SpringBoot or Spring MVC
• Hands on experience on Relationl Databases (SQL query or Hibernate) + Mongo (JSON parsing)
• Proficient in REST API development
• Messaging Queue (RabitMQ or Kafka)
• Microservices
• Any Caching Mechanism
• Good at problem solving

Good to Have Skills:

• 4+ years of experience in using Java/J2EE tech stacks
• Good understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast paced internet start-up environment.
• Experience in technical mentorship/coaching is highly desirable.
• Understanding of AI/ML algorithms is a plus

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Strong knowledge of Asp.Net MVC, C#, MVC, JavaScript and JQuery.

2. Prepare and maintain code for various .Net applications and resolve any defects in systems.

3. Prepare test-based applications for various Dot Net applications.

4. Enhance existing systems by analyzing business objectives, preparing an action plan and identifying areas for modification and improvement.

5. Manage defect tracking systems and resolve all issues and prepare an update for systems.

6. Investigate and develop skills in new technologies.

Skills Required:

2. Familiarity with the http://asp.net/" target="_blank">ASP.NET framework, SQL Server and design/architectural patterns (e.g. Model-View-Controller (MVC)).

3. Knowledge of at least one of the .NET languages (e.g. C#, Visual Basic .NET) and HTML5/CSS3.

4. Familiarity with JavaScript and JQuery.

5. Understanding of Agile methodologies.

6. Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

· Excellent knowledge of Core Java and Spring

· Candidate should have a working knowledge of web services

· Should have worked in the distributed agile model and continuous integration

· Should have knowledge of designing and implementation of REST Web services

· Strong experience with REST API and web services

· Should be efficient with Java J2EE and related technologies.

Essential Requirements
