We are looking for a highly driven Accounts Payable professional to manage end-to-end payables operations in a fast-paced startup environment. This role is ideal for someone with experience in high-volume transactions, vendor management, and multi-entity accounting, preferably within SaaS, marketplace, or tech-driven companies.
šÆ Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) operations including invoice processing, validations, and payments
- Handle high-volume transactions across vendors, partners, and stakeholders
- Ensure timely and accurate vendor payouts and reconciliations
- Perform GL reconciliations, accruals, and month-end closing activities
- Drive process improvements and automation in AP workflows
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, Procurement)
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and regulatory requirements
- Support audits and maintain proper documentation
- Monitor and manage aging reports and working capital efficiency

- 5ā8 years of experience in Accounts Payable / Finance Operations
- Prior experience in startup / SaaS / marketplace companies (mandatory)
- Strong exposure to high-volume AP transactions
- Hands-on with tools like QuickBooks, Zoho Books, SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems
- Strong understanding of Indian accounting standards, GST, and taxation
- Experience with cross-border transactions is a plus
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
