We are looking for a result-driven Team Leader to be responsible for monitoring and 

supervising a team of consultants to achieve the organization’s objectives and increase 

sales. You will be responsible for providing guidance, instruction, training, and leadership 

skills to inspire the team to perform at their optimum. You should create a cohesive team 

that works efficiently together to maximize the sales team's potential.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's or associate's degree in marketing, sales, or a related field may be 

advantageous.

• Experience in sales is necessary.

What You’ll Do:

• Recruit & Onboard: Own the full partner lifecycle for web-hosting affiliates, from initial outreach to launch.
• Outreach & Nurture: Drive outbound email and digital campaigns—track every touchpoint, follow up persistently, and keep pipelines flowing.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate authentic, win-win partnerships with decision-makers.
• Iterate & Optimize: Test new outreach tactics, analyze results, and rapidly refine your approach.
• Collaborate: Work hand-in-glove with our small, cross-functional team to strengthen partner programs and marketing assets.
• Own Your KPIs: No micromanagement—set targets and measure your own success.

Who You Are:

• Experienced: 3+ years in partner/business development, sales, or affiliate management—bonus if you’ve worked in SaaS or web hosting.
• Startup-Savvy: You thrive in ambiguity, adapt quickly, and get scrappy to move projects forward.
• Self-Starter: You take initiative, keep yourself on track, and know how to deliver results without hand-holding.
• Organized Communicator: You write clear, compelling emails and keep your pipeline meticulously maintained.

Must-Haves:

• 3+ years in a remote partner or biz-dev role
• Exceptional written and spoken English
• Proven track record of hitting targets in an unstructured environment
• Flexible working hours, with at least 2 hours/day overlapping Vancouver (Pacific) time
• Rock-solid attention to detail

Responsibilities include designing and developing high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical business systems/application services and modules. Delivering high availability and performance. We expect them to contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle including writing well-designed, testable, efficient code. Must be capable of working independently and collaboratively. Responsibilities: Developer responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Experience as a Sun Certified Java Developer with proven hands-on Software Development experience. We use Java 8

• 6-10 years Java development experience with JSE/JEE, Java-based Micro-services framework and implementation, Spring framework, Hibernate framework, SQL etc

• Hands on experience on Spring boot & SPARK Microservices and OSGi specifications

• Hands-on experience with ReactJS

• Strong knowledge of micro-service logging, monitoring, debugging and testing

• Implementations experience of micro-service integration, packaging, build automation and deployment

• At least two years of experience in SOA & Microservices based process applications using BPM (Activiti/JBPM/Camunda)

• Object Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns.

• Insight of Java and JEE internals (Class loading, Memory Management, Transaction management etc)

• Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate)

• Experience in developing web applications using at least one popular web framework (JSF, Wicket, GWT, Spring MVC, Spring Boot)

• Hands-on experience with Relational and NoSQL databases (Mongo DB or Cassandra either one is a must)

• Hands-on experience in one of the cloud AWS, Google or Azure.

• Hands-on with Rest based web services

• Work experience either following CLOUD (AWS or Azure or GCP) will be an advantage.
