Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and support business goals. Create strategies for different platforms including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and emerging platforms.

• Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Implement new tactics to enhance social media presence and engagement.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment on messaging and initiatives. Collaborate on content development and promotional activities.

• Community Building: Engage with influencers, partners, and thought leaders in the SaaS and Web3.0 communities. Represent the brand at relevant industry events and online forums.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Experience: 1.5 - 3 years of experience in social media marketing with a focus on community management.

• Industry Experience: Proven experience working in a SaaS-based organization is required. Familiarity with SaaS marketing and community dynamics is essential.

• Platform Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in managing social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram) and understanding of social media tools and analytics.

• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content and engage with diverse audiences.

• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with experience in tracking and interpreting social media metrics and KPIs.
