Springer Capital is a cross-border asset management firm specializing in real estate investment banking between China and the USA. We are offering a remote internship for aspiring data engineers interested in data pipeline development, data integration, and business intelligence.

The internship offers flexible start and end dates. A short quiz or technical task may be required as part of the selection process.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines for structured and unstructured data sources
• Develop ETL processes to collect, clean, and transform data from internal and external systems
• Support integration of data into dashboards, analytics tools, and reporting systems
• Collaborate with data analysts and software developers to improve data accessibility and performance
• Document workflows and maintain data infrastructure best practices
• Assist in identifying opportunities to automate repetitive data tasks

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

● Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed.) or relevant subject

Financial Reporting:
•Management Accounting, Reconciliation, Intercompany Reconciliation,   accounts payable and receivable
•Ensure that all tax returns, tax declarations, and other required reports are submitted accurately and on time, management of Companies Act Compliances
•Responsible for oversight and providing guidance to core activities such as: fixed asset management, taxation
•Compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements
•Responsible for preparation of monthly performance decks, sales and other reporting requirements

Responsibilities:

• Work on design and develop scalable solutions using efficient Design Patterns
• Adept in handling Non-functional requirements (performance etc.)
• Excellent aesthetic capability with UX designing and development experience
• Have a good understanding of all aspects of the application like rendering big datasets, fetching data using and authentication.
• Identify improvement areas within the application and work to implement the same
• Flexibility in adapting to team requirements

Requirements:

• Comprehensive knowledge of UX and responsive UI design with an emphasis on intuitive design
• Ability to write cross-browser and standards-compliant code that meets flexibility, scalability, and performance requirements
• Highly skilled at front-end engineering using a client-side technology stack including AngularJS, JQuery, HTML, CSS
• 5+ experience in Angular developing responsive Single Page application
• Experience working with REST API
• Experience working with JSON
• Experience with SVN/Git, Node.JS
• Knowledge of Agile and/or SCRUM methodologies
• Dedicated, self-driven and willing to take responsibility and ownership of the application
• Strong Problem identifying and solving ability and excellent communication skills

REQUIREMENTS

1. Expertise in Angular 6/7 with 2+ Years’ experience is MUST.
2. Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
3. Experience developing web, mobile or hybrid applications.
4. Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, XML, jQuery, JSON.
5. Knowledge of JavaScript/Typescript frameworks as js.
6. Familiarity with databases as MySQL, MongoDB and web servers with UI/UX design
7. Experience on web application & RESTful web service
8. Experience implementing testing platforms and unit tests.
9. Job involves 80-90% hands-on coding.
10. Good to have the knowledge of Cloud deployment AWS and Docker
