Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Community & Events Associate to support the execution of leadership roundtables, community engagement, and stakeholder coordination.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with professionals, managing conversations, coordinating events, and ensuring seamless participant experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate invite-only leadership roundtables and events
- Engage with senior professionals across our network
- Manage speaker and attendee communication & coordination
- Handle event confirmations, follow-ups, scheduling, and logistics
- Support community engagement initiatives and relationship management
- Maintain event trackers, attendee records, and coordination workflows
