🔎 About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and target-oriented HR Recruiter to drive end-to-end talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will be experienced in high-volume sourcing, screening, interview coordination, reporting, and ensuring an efficient hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Handle the complete recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, interview coordination, negotiation, and final selection.
• Source candidates using Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment channels.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for multiple roles.
• Conduct telephonic/virtual screening discussions to evaluate skills, experience, and expectations.
• Coordinate interviews and timely feedback with hiring managers.
• Maintain daily/weekly recruitment trackers and MIS reports.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience during the entire hiring process.
• Support onboarding activities, if required.

🧩 Required Skills & Competencies

• Minimum 1.5 year of recruitment experience.
• Proficiency in both English & Hindi speaking.
• Experienced in BPO/KPO Hiring.
• Core Recruitment Consultancy background is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of varied job profiles and industry hiring dynamics.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve hiring targets.
• Proficiency in MS Excel & Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive, etc.).
• Hands-on experience using Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, Indeed, and similar platforms.

🎓 Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred)

Integrations SME

• 5 - 7 years of IT experience relevant to this position.
• Mandatory Skills:
• Experience in Development of Integrations using OIC for the Oracle Fusion Modules like Financials / SCM / HCM
• Good hands-on experience in monitoring and debugging of OIC integration and migration of OIC components.
• Excellent client interfacing skills / working with IT as well as business stakeholders and writing technical design documents.
• Should be able to review the requirements and design with business and also provide estimates for various enhancements on integrations
• Hands-on experience in data migration/integration methods SOAP and Rest web services, FBDI, BIP, and HDL.
• Hands-on analysis, design, testing, implementation, and post-implementation experience.
• Good to Have:
• Should have excellent skills in Webservice technologies such as XML / XPATH / XSLT / SOAP / WSDL / XSD / JSON and REST Technologies
• Must have implemented integrations using web service and technology adapters like FTP / File / SOAP / REST / DB
• Hands on Experience on Encryption and Decryption in FTP
• Hands on experience on Mulesoft, Dell Boomi and SOA 

Responsibilities:

• Proactively engage with potential clients through outbound/inbound calls to introduce Firmway's software solutions and services.
• Identify and qualify prospects by understanding their business needs and explaining how our software can meet their requirements.
• Deliver persuasive sales pitches to create interest and excitement about Firmway's software and setup meetings on a daily basis for the sales team.
• Effectively handle objections and address any concerns or questions raised by potential clients during the conversation.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions with clients in the CRM system.
• Follow-up with the prospects before the scheduled meeting and get them to join the call.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for setting up qualified meetings with potential clients.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings to effectively articulate our unique value proposition.
• Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on clients' insights and needs.
• Continuously strive to improve sales techniques, product knowledge, and objection-handling skills.

Key Skills Required:

• 3-8 years of Experience in Java Product Development.
• Good understanding of MYSQL.
• Practitioner of clean code and SOLID principles
• Exposure to GIT and Maven
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Understands different major language paradigms (Object Oriented and Functional)
• Understanding and Experience with Multi-Threaded Applications
• Prior Experience in a SAAS Product company is a Plus 
• Experience with Managing Team is a plus

Educational Background:

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Computer Science Engineering from Tier 1 College is a Plus.
