Job Role -Senior Graphic Designer - Branding

Job Description :

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Graphic Designer in Bengaluru. The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating graphics, designing logos, developing branding, and typography. They will be expected to interpret design briefs, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and deliver high-quality designs.

Qualifications :

● Expertise in Graphics, Graphic Design, Logo Design, and Branding

● Advanced skills in Typography

● Hands-on experience with design software like Adobe Creative Suite or Sketch

● Strong understanding of visual communication principles

● Ability to interpret client needs and design briefs into actionable design solutions

● Experience in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines

● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with other team members and stakeholders

● Experience in advertising or creative agencies is a plus

● 3 + creative design experience

Required skills and experience

• Bachelor's degree, Computer Science, Engineering or other similar concentration (BE/MCA)

• Master’s degree a plus

• 3-8 years’ experience in Production Support/ Application Management/ Application Development (support/ maintenance) role.

• Excellent problem-solving/troubleshooting skills, fast learner

• Strong knowledge of Unix Administration.

• Strong scripting skills in Shell, Python, Batch is must.

• Strong Database experience – Oracle

• Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle

• Power shell is nice to have

• Software development skillsets in Java or Ruby.

• Worked upon any of the cloud platforms – GCP/Azure/AWS is nice to have

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients through online research, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other lead generation channels.
• Develop and execute outreach strategies via email, social media, and cold calling (if required).
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team.
• Understand client requirements and promote our services effectively.
• Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team with potential clients.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation with campaigns and content strategy.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to research and identify relevant leads and decision-makers.
• Familiarity with digital services like web design, mobile app development, and SEO.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and target-oriented mindset.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field preferred.
