Responsibilities

• Writing and testing code, debugging programs, and integrating applications with third-party web services. To be successful in this role, you should have experience using server-side logic and work well in a team. Ultimately, you’ll build highly responsive web applications that align with our client’s business needs

Profile Requirements

* 2 years or more experience as a Python Developer

* Expertise in at least one Python framework required Django

* Knowledge of object-relational mapping (ORM)

* Familiarity with front-end technologies like JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3

* Familiarity with event-driven programming in Python

* Good understanding of the operating system and networking concepts.

* Good analytical and troubleshooting skills

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Django Developer to join our on-site engineering team in Pune. This role involves building and scaling high-performance backend systems for our SaaS products. You will work closely with product, frontend, and DevOps teams to design robust APIs, optimize databases, and deliver production-grade solutions.

This is a hands-on role with ownership, technical depth, and real impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend services using Django & Python
• Architect and implement secure, high-performance RESTful APIs
• Work extensively with PostgreSQL for schema design, query optimization, indexing, and performance tuning
• Build and manage asynchronous workflows using Celery
• Implement real-time features using Daphne, Redis, and WebSockets (ASGI stack)
• Containerize applications using Docker; manage Docker Compose and environment setups
• Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and designers for seamless delivery
• Perform code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce best practices
• Ensure application security, scalability, and reliability
• Monitor system performance and handle debugging, logging, and error management

Title: 

Node Js Developer

Ideal candidates will have 1-3 years of experience  in Node JS and AWS.

Responsibilities: 

• Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications
• Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Node JS code
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems, Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
• Triage and resolve complex + systemic issues reported on existing production systems
• Communicate effectively with  product owners, and development team members to facilitate understanding of deliverables, estimates, and prioritization
