JOB DESCRIPTION:

-         Design, develop, and implement custom applications using Power Apps, ensuring high performance, scalability, and usability.

-         Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

-         Create and maintain data models, forms, workflows, and custom connectors within Power Apps.

-         Develop and optimize Power BI reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for business users.

-         Integrate Power Apps and Power BI with other systems and data sources, such as SharePoint, Dynamics 365, SQL Server, etc.

-         Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power Apps and Power BI applications.

-         Stay up to date with the latest features and capabilities of Power Apps and Power BI and provide recommendations for process improvements.

REQUIREMENTS:

-         Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Power Apps developer, with intermediate hands-on experience in Power BI.

-         Strong proficiency in building canvas apps, model-driven apps, and portals using Power Apps.

-         Solid understanding of data modeling concepts and ability to design efficient data models within Power Apps.

-         Proficiency in creating custom connectors, workflows, and business rules within Power Apps.

-         Experience in developing complex reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Power BI.

-         Strong knowledge of DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) language for creating calculated columns, measures, and queries in Power BI.

-         Familiarity with data integration techniques, such as APIs, OData, SQL Server, SharePoint, etc.

-         Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Power Apps and Power BI applications.

-         Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

-         Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and gather requirements.

PREFERRED TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS:

-         Microsoft certifications in Power Apps and Power BI.

-         Experience with other Microsoft Power Platform technologies like Power Automate (Flow) and Power Virtual Agents.

-         Knowledge of Azure services and cloud-based solutions.

Experience: 6+ years • Must have experience in SAP delivery, with at least Two SAP implementations • Should be able to lead a team of SAP FICO, FM and FSCM functional experts in the design, implementation, and Support of SAP FICO, FM and FSCM modules • Act as the subject matter expert for SAP FICO, FM & FSCM modules, including design, configuration, and testing of the system • Should have experience with end-to-end implementation of SAP FICO and FM modules • Should be proficient in SAP FICO configuration, customization, and enhancement techniques. • Should have good understanding of finance and accounting principles and processes. • Should have strong knowledge of SAP FICO module functionalities, including general ledger, accounts payable. • Must have experience with accounts receivable, asset accounting, controlling, and Funds Management. • Should have knowledge in integration with PS, PM, HR, MM, SD, FICA, CS, REFX & Bank Application

* Python (3 to 6 years): Strong expertise in data workflows and automation

* Spark (PySpark): Hands-on experience with large-scale data processing

* Pandas: For detailed data analysis and validation

* Delta Lake: Managing structured and semi-structured datasets at scale

* SQL: Querying and performing operations on Delta tables

* Azure Cloud: Compute and storage services

* Orchestrator: Good experience with either ADF or Airflow

Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have 4+ years of overall experience with aleast 2+ Years in Customer Success role.

Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must have experience managing clients in the outside India market (Preferrably US/America clients)

Mandatory (Experience 3) – Must have cross-functional experience working closely with Sales, Product, and Ad Operations teams for campaign execution, performance optimization, and client delivery.
