• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and Instagram

• Identify, onboard, and manage influencer partnerships and brand collaborations

▌ WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing

• Strong command of performance marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager)

• Proven experience managing LinkedIn Ads and Instagram Ads with measurable results

• Sound understanding of social media marketing — organic and paid

• Experience in events marketing and/or influencer marketing

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.

Working Hours:

8:00 PM – 5:00 AM IST (Night Shift).

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
• Inside Sales & Business Development skills (basic understanding or coursework is helpful).
