Role - Sales & MIS Coordinator

Positions Open for - Bangalore

Work Type : Bangalore - Work from Sales Office

Office Timings : 9.30am to 6.30pm IST

Roles & Responsibilities:

●     Team Player, Proactive with Integrity

●     Develop, maintain, and update MIS reports for Sales and Revenue.

●     Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems

●     Work closely with Sales, and Operations teams to provide data-driven insights.

●     Identify process improvements and implement best practices in data management and reporting in the future

●     Create reports and visual reports for management to track operational efficiency.

●     Proficient in CRM

○     Become a Train the Trainer

○     Guide Sales & BD Team to use Zoho CRM for Sales

○     Complete responsibility for Lead, Prospect, Proposal, Order tracking, and Coordinating between the internal and external partners.

●     Tender/RFP Submission

○     Verify and cross-check information for errors

○     Read & Understand Tender Documents

○     EMD Payment

○     Online Tender Submission

○     Daily Follow-up on Submitted Tenders

○     Maintain records and files in an organized manner

●     Websites Monitoring for New Tender

○     Maintain New Tender Trackers

○     Read, Understand & Share Invitations for Tender/RFP for Approvals

Qualifications:

●     Bachelor's degree.

Experience:

●     Strong knowledge and experience in Google Sheets and Advanced Excel

●     Candidates with prior 2+ years of experience in “ IF Condition Multiple Criteria / VLOOKUP / H LOOKUP / Count if / Count ifs/ Sum if / sum ifs/ Rank / Sum Product / PPT / Charts / Max / Min / Index.”

●     Candidates with prior 6 months experience in CRM ( Zoho ) preferred

●     Candidates with experience in Tenders preferred

Responsibilities:

● Promote and sell our products to new and existing customers through effective sales techniques, presentations, and demonstrations.

● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business requirements, and providing solutions to meet their needs.

● Achieve sales targets and objectives by proactively prospecting and closing sales deals.

● Collaborate with the other GTM teams to develop and implement sales strategies, including pricing, discounts, and promotions, to drive revenue growth.

● Keep abreast of product knowledge, industry trends, and competitors to effectively communicate value propositions and differentiate our offerings.

● Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and contracts, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up to secure customer commitment.

● Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, including pipeline status, sales forecasts, and customer feedback.

● Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with potential clients and promote our products or services.

● Collaborate with the customer service team to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Participating in the entire product lifecycle (analyze, develop, test, release, and support.
• Contributing to research for new web and mobile technologies and recommend solutions to improve interface designs and interactions
• Testing, debugging, and fine-tuning to optimize the application’s performance.
• Designing intuitive applications to enhance users’ experiences.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:

• 2+ year experiences of mobile/web application development and system integration.
• Must be a skilled programmer with knowledge of coding best practices and ability to produce highly readable and maintainable code.
• Management and support of Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Experience in API development and integration with third-party APIs
• English communication is required. Great communication skills to coordinate across technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and with good problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate with and lead other development team members.
• Ability to work in multiple projects and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Specialization in IONIC must.

KNOWLEDGE OR EXPERTISE IN THE FOLLOWING ARE AN ADVANTAGE:

• Specialization in HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, and JavaScript.
• Experience with web service integration (REST, JSON, XML).
• Experience or knowledge with Git, Gitlab, GitHub is a plus.

As a Software QA Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for the planning and implementation of tests that prove the functional and non-functional requirements of the system.

Role and Responsibilities:

1. Designing and developing test automation scripts for a MEAN stack application.
2. Using test automation guidelines.
3. Testing and proving that the software meets major architectural requirements.
4. Proving for scalability and performance of a software.
5. Ensuring the quality of the system as a whole.
6. Supporting the development team and software engineers during the development and testing phase.
7. Build tools and frameworks to aid continuous delivery, deployment and debugging.
8. Prepare defect reports and report test progress.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. At Least 2 years of experience in Automation Testing or similar role for MEAN stack application
2. Experience with Jasmine, Karma, Protractor or similar end-to-end testing tool.
3. Excellent knowledge in testing skills (design test plan and test strategy, writing and executing test cases, opening bugs, verifying bugs etc)
4. A team player, fast learner with good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

Good to have:

1. Experience or keen interest in aerial robots i.e. drones.

• Solid experience in PHP, Node, Mongo, and MySQL
• Should have good Web service and Web application fundamentals
• Understanding of OOPS concepts, Persistence, Threading.
• Should have worked with HTML/ CSS/ Jquery/ Js / API.
• Knowledgeable in data structures and algorithms.
• Experience with open-source projects.
• Experience in designing interactive applications.
• A background in Engineering with sound oral and written communication skills.
• Prior experience with AWS, Azure, Google or OpenStack will be a plus.
