Responsibilities:

• Support the project manager with end-to-end project management activities.
• Prepare project management deliverables such as the project charter, project plan or schedule, risk and issue tracker, communication plan, stakeholder mapping, MOM, and weekly reports.
• Standardize processes and define templates for project deliverables. Prepare reports and dashboards.
• Manage resourcing and optimize resource utilization handle knowledge management and organize trainings.
• Manage document onboarding and off boarding processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide financial analysis and reporting support.
• Design, automate, and maintain reports using BI tools and Excel.
• Submit weekly sales/order data and prepare monthly reports.
• Analyze variances and assist with business performance reviews.
• Calculate sales commissions and ensure timely payroll submission.
• Ensure data accuracy and support ad-hoc finance tasks.

Requirements:

• B.Com. / Qualified CA or CMA.
• 6+ years of experience, including 2+ years post-qualification.

analytics, and customer tools. Reflektive’s Senior Software Engineer will contribute in their area of specialization. S/he will help us solve complex design challenges and mature our platform to handle
