As a Product Analyst, you will be responsible for synthesizing data to provide actionable insights to the leadership and the product team to influence strategy and growth.
What you will do:
- Providing key data inputs needed for launching the product
- Monitoring the performance of new features and recommending iterations based on your findings
- Defining metrics we need to drive, setting up targets and tracking the progress of our products
- Researching on competition and players across the world to benchmark metrics and set goals
- Conducting customer interviews to understand the customer journey and mapping it to certain patterns we notice in our data
- Analysing root cause and debugging for metric deviations and bugs
- Building dashboards and tools, crafting analyses to make better decisions
- Working with other teams - engineering, data analysts, content closely for setting up, measuring and tracking product metrics
- Evaluating tools to measure product metrics and being a key member in setting up tools working with other teams
- Being the gatekeeper for ensuring data governance around the organization
- Other usual tasks like creating and maintenance of reports and dashboards for ongoing performance tracking
Desired Candidate Profile
What you need to have:- BTech Graduate from good institutes
- Experience in product analytics is a plus (0-3 years)
- Prior experience in a data analysis related profile for an e-commerce/internet company
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to use SQL or reporting tools to derive actionable insights from user behavior
- Strong passion for analytics and problem solving
- A strong bias for action

Main responsibilities:
● Manage the art production of incredibly compelling, high-quality smartphone games.
● Plan and oversee the 2D, 3D, UI, and Technical Art planning using project planning tools like
