Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Operations Executive to join our dynamic team at NextNation. The ideal candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of our talent mobility division, with a particular focus on managing exam preparation programs, curriculum development, trainer recruitment, and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the operational workflow of our Talent Mobility services
• Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance management of exam preparation trainers for IELTS, PTE, Goethe, and other international language examinations
• Develop, review, and update curriculum materials for various exam preparation courses to ensure quality and relevance
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students, ensuring high satisfaction rates and addressing concerns promptly
• Coordinate with international university partners and education providers to stay updated on admission requirements and procedures
• Monitor quality standards across all operational aspects of the study abroad division
• Analyze operational data to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiencies
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align operational capabilities with business development goals
• Ensure compliance with education industry regulations and standards

Requirements

• Minimum 1+ years of experience specifically in the study abroad industry
• Proven track record in recruiting and managing trainers for international exams including IELTS, PTE, and Goethe examinations
• Experience in curriculum development and educational content creation
• Strong background in customer relationship management with demonstrated ability to handle student concerns and maintain satisfaction
• Excellent understanding of international education systems and visa requirements
• Superior organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational data
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience as a trainer for international language examinations
• Knowledge of CRM systems and educational management software
• Familiarity with multiple international markets for student recruitment
• Experience with process optimization and quality management systems

• Proactively maintain and develop all Linux infrastructure technology to maintain a 24x7x365 uptime service
• Engineering of systems administration-related solutions for various project and operational needs

• Working directly with clients to understand requirements for a green field development
• Designing the technology and cloud infrastructure architecture to achieve the functional and nonfunctional requirements
• The product you will be working on needs to scale up to support millions of users an efficient micro service distributed architecture
• Solution needs to be easy to deploy and manage on multiple cloud providers (AWS, GCP or Azure)
• Mentoring, guiding and training the team on various technology, quality and security aspects
• Guiding the team to implement automated CI/CD processes
• Strong analytical, problem solving and data analysis
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills are a must
• Micro service frameworks such as Java SpringBoot

As a Backend Engineer at Joistic, you’ll be involved in working on admin panels, web apps, Rest Api creation etc. Having a good sense of UI/UX would be appreciated.

• Design APIs, DB, Queues, monitoring for micro services. 
• Writing, deploying and managing micro services. 
• Migrate existing components into distributed micro service architecture.

• API integration with 3rd parties.

Experience required: 

• Sound fundamentails in software design. 
• Must have worked on distributed and micro service architecture. 
• Sound fundamentals on scale/ performance/ memory optimisation.

• Must have experience in Spring / Spring boot. 
• Good to have experience in Kafka / JMS / RabbitMQ / AWS Elastic queue. 
• Good to have experience in Junit / mockito unit test cases.
