The Role

We're looking for talented .NET Developers to join our development team as individual contributors. You'll architect and build enterprise-grade microservices for global clients, working on high-performance applications deployed in containerized environments.

What You'll Do

• Design and develop scalable .NET microservices for enterprise client projects
• Build robust Web APIs with comprehensive error handling, validation, and security measures
• Write unit and integration tests to maintain high code quality standards
• Create portable solutions deployable across diverse client environments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage directly with client stakeholders
• Optimize application performance and implement effective caching strategies
• Participate in code reviews and uphold coding best practices

Must-Have Skills

Core .NET Expertise:

• 4+ years production experience with .NET Core 3.1+ / .NET 5+ and C# 8+
• Strong hands-on experience with ASP.NET Core Web API and Entity Framework Core
• Proven track record designing and implementing RESTful web services
• Solid understanding of SOLID principles, Dependency Injection, and Repository pattern
• Experience with unit testing frameworks (xUnit, NUnit, MSTest) and mocking (Moq)

Microservices & Deployment:

• Hands-on Docker experience for containerizing .NET applications
• Understanding of microservices architecture, service decomposition, and distributed systems
• Configuration management and environment-agnostic design
• NuGet package management expertise

Good-to-Have Skills

• Advanced frameworks: .NET 6/7/8, Minimal APIs, gRPC, SignalR

Role Overview: We’re looking for a high-energy and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growth team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in outbound B2B sales, a product-first approach, and a passion for scaling SaaS solutions. Prior experience in HR Tech or SaaS sales is a strong plus.

Responsibilities:

● Drive outbound prospecting via cold calls, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and networking.

● Identify, qualify, and nurture leads across SMBs, mid-market, or enterprise clients.

● Own the end-to-end sales cycle — from first touch to closing the deal.

● Conduct compelling product demos to potential clients, addressing pain points and

showcasing value.

● Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to refine sales messaging

and pitch strategy.

● Maintain accurate pipeline management in CRM and provide weekly/monthly forecasts.

● Consistently exceed sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.

Must Have:

● 2–4 years of experience in B2B outbound sales (preferably in SaaS or product-based

companies).

● Strong understanding of solution selling and value-based consultative sales.

● Experience in SaaS, HR Tech, or recruitment tech is highly preferred.

● Proven ability to manage the complete sales cycle — from outreach to closure.

● Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

● Comfortable using tools like CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and

email outreach platforms.

• Minimum 3yrs of exp in building React native apps for android and iOS
• Solid understanding of iOS and Android ecosystems.
• Must have worked on hardware integration with the apps.
• Understanding of various navigation models in mobile apps
• Good at debugging, testing, performance optimization.
• Interpersonal skills: good team player, ready to take challenges ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment.

You will join a team of insatiably curious data engineers, software architects, and product experts who never settle for "good enough". Our Java Platform team's tech stack is based on Java8 (Spring Boot) and RESTful web services. We typically build and deploy applications as cloud-native Kubernetes microservices and integrate with scalable technologies such as Kafka in Docker container environments. Our developers work in an agile process to efficiently deliver high value data driven applications and product packages.

Required Experience:

• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology and Management, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Have experience working and strong understanding of object-oriented programing and cloud technologies
• End to end experience delivering production ready code with Java8, Spring Boot, Spring Data, and API libraries
• Strong experience with unit and integration testing of the Spring Boot APIs.
• Strong understanding and production experience of RESTful API's and microservice architecture.
• Strong understanding of SQL databases and NoSQL databases and experience with writing abstraction layers to communicate with the databases.

Nice to have's (but not required):

• Exposure to Kotlin or other JVM programming languages
• Strong understanding and production experience working with Docker container environments
• Strong understanding and production experience working with Kafka
• Cloud Environments: AWS, GCP or Azure

Requirements:

Primary Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, similar technical field of study or equivalent practical experience.

• Experience in working with front end technologies and/or front end frameworks like Angular, ReactJS or Vue.
