The role involves understanding the challenge that Madhi aims to bridge and identifying platforms that would be best suited to develop the products that Madhi aims to create. Madhi currently works with a few external partners to develop such solutions and the role would also involve managing such external partnerships. Planning Set the technical framework demanded to host the variety of educational content produced by Madhi Ideate on the periodicity and the types of data collection by our digital application partner Study the several digital options that are in sync with the needs of the organisation and the projects Project management and delivery of Madhi’s app development cycle Execution Identifying platforms best suited to host Madhi’s content Monitoring the data collection by the external partner(s) Analysis of the data thus collected and designing an interpretive report based on the same Testing and Troubleshooting Working with internal and external stakeholders to troubleshoot technical and operational glitches Meticulously document various processes and communication related to troubleshooting Testing the mobile app and manage the testing life cycle. Reporting and communicating: Consistent communication with the internal team and external partner(s)
