Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Web Developer located in Gurugram. The Web Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining web applications. The role requires an individual who is passionate about web development and its impact on the cyber security industry. The Web Developer will work closely with a team of developers and security experts to produce high-quality, secure web applications.

Skills:

• HTML and CSS: Design and code responsive email templates ensuring compatibility across various email clients.
• JavaScript: Provide functional enhancements and possess an understanding of the backend processes.
• Bootstrap 4: Strong knowledge for creating visually appealing and responsive designs.
• JSON (JS): Decode base64 format code, transform into JSON, and adeptly handle keys and properties.
• CSS2: Proficient in utilizing CSS2 for enhanced styling.
• Outlook and Mobile Optimization: Create layouts compatible with diverse platforms, especially Outlook, and ensure optimal performance on mobile devices.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:-

- Assist in sourcing and attracting candidates using various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.)

- Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews

- Source candidates through online channels, networking, databases, and employee referrals.

- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ suitability.

- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams and provide timely feedback to candidates.

- Assist in employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.

- Support campus recruitment, job fairs, and other hiring events.

- Work with senior HR team members to understand the requirements.

- Release LOI’s and Appointment letters.

- Onboarding and employee documentation management.

Mandatory skills: Lightning AURA, Lightning Web component (LWC), Apex, trigger Rest API/Soap API (integration).

Must-Haves :

Minimum of 5+ year hands on experience in Salesforce Application Development (Overall 6+ IT experience)

- Lightning (AURA/LWC min 3+ years of Project experience)

- Integration (at least in REST API) experience in Projects, experience in developing custom Apex Classes and Apex Triggers

- Sales Cloud/ Service Cloud / Experience cloud - Minimum 3 years experience

- Lead experience of minimum 1 year is mandatory

- Salesforce Governor limits, limit monitoring, best-practices for limit-informed development and security best practices

- Experience on deployment through changesets , Metadata, ANT based tools , experience in using git or similar tools for code management

Nice to Haves :

Salaries that can be offered is (Years of experience * 3.5)

Job Responsibilities:

· Extensive experience developing custom Apex Classes and Apex Triggers.

· Fluent in Salesforce Query and Search Language (SoQL and SoSL). Must be able to speak to limitations of languages and differences between SoQL and SQL.

The Product Manager is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with all required teams to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Manager’s job also includes ensuring that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals.

Responsibilities:

• Define the product strategy, roadmap and own end-to-end product lifecycle.
• .Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities
•  Be an expert with respect to the competition
• Understand the business problem/void and craft a fitting product.
•  Design, Develop and Deploy the product in close coordination with functional teams, with limited oversight.

• Editing full-length courses, ads, compile animation, content, music etc.
• Responsible for the complete packaging of videos (ads, infomercials, demos etc.)
• Catering to the international market (primarily English speaking) with a good understanding of the language
• Visualizing and creating output according to the script
