Role: E-commerce Growth Manager

We need someone who can directly own and grow our sales on Amazon, Myntra, and Flipkart.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Own P&L and sales targets for all 3 marketplaces

2. Run & optimize Amazon PPC, Myntra Brand Ads for ROAS

3. Catalog management: New listings, SEO, A+ content, pricing

4. Deal planning, inventory management, OOS control

5. Daily reporting: Sales, competitor analysis, keyword research

Must Have:

1. 2-4 years of experience in Amazon Seller Central / Myntra / Flipkart

2. Proven track record of sales growth in Apparel/D2C

3. Hands-on with PPC and campaign management

4. Excel + Data driven mindset

Good to Have: Vendor Central, Advertising Console

As an experienced and enthusiastic Pre-Sales Specialist / Telecaller, you will be responsible for identifying and contacting education institutes to generate leads for our EdTech solutions. Your efforts will directly contribute to our growth and our mission to transform education through technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target education institutes, including schools & institutes, to generate qualified leads,follow up,nurture & communicate to close for our EdTech products and services.
• Assess and qualify leads based on their needs, budget, and readiness to engage with our sales team.
• Initiate contact with prospective clients through outbound calls, emails, and other channels.
• Effectively present our EdTech solutions and value propositions.
• Develop a deep understanding of our EdTech solutions, including features, benefits, and pricing, to engage in meaningful conversations and inquiries from potential clients.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with potential clients, providing information, answering questions, and nurturing leads through the sales funnel.
• Maintain detailed records of lead interactions, status, and outcomes in the CRM system.
• Provide regular reports on lead generation activities to ensure an up-to-date pipeline.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience in pre-sales, lead generation, or telecalling, for education sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong telephone etiquette and persuasive abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field (EdTech or school experience preferred).

Job Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the marketing team to build high conversion landing pages. Maintain and improve our marketing codebase
• Contribute ideas and efforts to improve the quality and efficiency of the marketing workflows
• Write code using agile methods and tools. Plan, create, and execute (manual and automated) frontend tests.
• Staying up to date with current technologies and providing insights on cutting-edge software approaches, architectures, and vendors

Required Skills:

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Front-end development.
• Fluency in HTML, CSS, JS, jQuery, Bootstrap
• Good knowledge of Node.js and Rest APIs
• Experience in page speed optimization 
• Experience in writing responsive and cross-browser compatible frontend code
• Good understanding of the modern frontend ecosystem.

Experience creating PowerPoint slide decks and along with that experience in automating the PowerPoint slide creation using excel VBA Formats extracted data based on expected report output with batching capability and multiple data formatting requirements Consolidate and combine extracted data from multiple resources using automated tools excel, VBA macro, SQL database, and/or from different system/tools/Database in one single database using SQL queries to standardize data structure

Professional Attributes :
Gathers and analyse report requirements from stakeholders Identify the processing tool Excel / SQL and provide a robust solution which can be easily leveraged or extended to other domains Building complex VBA scripts to automate Excel spreadsheet processes

Role: Zoho Technical Executive

Experience: Minimum 1 Year

Main Responsibilities will be to:

• Provide Support to me for Plant's Zoho Activities
• Data Entry skillset for mass data related tasks at Engage Portal
• Need to be proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Experience in Zoho will be preferable.
• Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Creator (Any Experience on these Applications)
• Knowledge of Common IT Troubleshooting
