Jobs & Reponsiblities

Minimum 7 years of Working knowledge and hands-on experience on SAP MM and integration with SAP SD & SAP FI is required

Minimum 2 End-To-End Implementation Projects involving SAP MM in SAP ECC 6.0

 Configure and customize SAP MM Purchasing, Inventory Management, Material Master, Vendor Master, Pricing, Batch/Serial Management, Release Strategies etc.

Practical experience in documenting solutions and functional designs to support development of objects based on the stated business requirements and goals is required

Working knowledge of SAP IDOCs and BAPIs is required

Previous experience in system analysis and design is required

Familiar/trained in SAP Capacity and Performance concepts and/or best practices is desirable

Experience working in a multicultural environment.

Basic Qualifications

• Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field 

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in embedded design developments 

• Experience in Design for Assembly and Design for Manufacturing methodology. 

• Familiar with more than 1 leading CAD design tool \

Should have experience in:

• UG nx or CATIA CAD tool min 3-6 Yrs. 

• Experience in CAD Modeling and Detailing min 3-6 Yrs. 

• PLM tools (ENOVIA, Tecamente etc.) min 3-6 Yrs. 

• CAE Tools Ansys for Mechanical Preferred.

Key Responsibilities

2-5 years of experience is a must

Should be hands on in all aspects of IT Recruitment (Sourcing, screening, coordinating, negotiation, on-boarding etc)

Searching for and Approaching Suitable Candidates.

Running Job Ads To Attract Applicants.

Managing the Interview, Assessment, and Shortlisting Processes.

Preferably from corporate hiring background.

Coaching and Mentoring Junior Recruiters.

Bachelors or Equivalent

• Hands-on knowledge of BDD Cucumber Framework
• Hands-on knowledge of Maven
• Appium hands-on
• Jenkins hands-on
• Hands-on knowledge of API testing techniques and usage of API tools SOAP UI/JMeter (REST /SOAP)
• Rest api automation using rest assured
• Usage of Postman or JMeter tool to modify requests to validate multiple outputs on scenarios.
• Analyze results of tests and to be able to update existing test suits after API changes
• Basic Knowledge about CI/CD Concepts
• Exposure to UI Automation, Selenium, JAVA Rest Assured, TestNG
• Experience using at least one defect management tool – JIRA, HP ALM, ADO etc

Experience - Minimum 3 - 5 years as CTO in startups.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Training the field team on Sales pitch on regular basis

2. Responsible for revenue generation through sales

3. Drive the off-line lead generation activities for the cities (primarily through referrals) 4. Ensure

minimum 50% sales conversion on the leads assigned to the team 5. Figure out new channels

to generate more leads off-line and ensure conversions on the same 6. Regular evaluation of

the sales team through test and measure their performance 7. Improve the sales efficiency of

the sales team

8. Tracking MoM performance for each of the field sales team

9. Work on the reports for the management and ensure data sanity

10. Real time handling the objection during sales and assisting the field sales team when they

are in front of the client

11. Share feedback on the pricing, policy change and other circumstances which may cause

downfall in sales numbers
