About the Role

- Collaborate closely with business teams to ensure design is aligned with outcomes, not just aesthetics
You Should Have
- 5–7 years of product design experience, with at least 1–2 years in a lead or principal designer role
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates excellence in product thinking, interaction design, and visual execution
- Experience mentoring and reviewing the work of junior designers
