Qualified Chartered Accountant - CA is mandatory.

3+ years of experience is required in the industry as a practicing internal audit / risk controls & mitigation expert. ( mandatory to have exp in Internal Audit. )

Knowledge of Audit procedures, including knowledge of generally accepted audit standards, planning, audit techniques incl. testing and sampling methods.

Strong stakeholder management skills to manage both, external vendors as well as cross-level owners across internal functions.

Experience of working for start-ups/new-age tech-first businesses in financial services preferred.

Candidates from Big 4s are preffered, who must have handled domestic clients from Financial Services w.r.t RBI guidelines.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
• 3+ years of hands-on implementation/project management experience
• Proven experience delivering projects in Fintech, SaaS, or ERP environments
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial workflows
• Hands-on SQL experience, including the ability to write and debug complex queries (joins, CTEs, subqueries)
• Experience working with ETL pipelines or data migration processes
• Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, Excel, and project tracking systems
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive client success

The requirements are as follows:

1) Familiar with the the Django REST API Framework.

2) Experience with the FAST API framework will be a plus

3) Strong grasp of basic python programming concepts ( We do ask a lot of questions on this on our interviews :) )

4) Experience with databases like MongoDB , Postgres , Elasticsearch , REDIS will be a plus

5) Experience with any ML library will be a plus.

6) Familiarity with using git , writing unit test cases for all code written and CI/CD concepts will be a plus as well.

7) Familiar with basic code patterns like MVC.

8) Grasp on basic data structures.

About the product

Docexa provides a suite of tools for doctors that can help them create their digital presence with their own page, run online consultations, manage their daily calendar and more!

We are completely revamping the current platform and building it from scratch. This is the biggest project we have taken on till date and this will move our product from the 90s to the future.

What your role will involve:

We have a basic design language and a design system which can be extended to build rest of the product. You are going to have full ownership of this.

You are not just going to be designing mock ups. You will be involved in strategic product thinking to solve real user and business problems, ideate on user flows and take responsibility of user testing, prototypes, visual design, animations and production of spec and assets.

In this role, you will report to the Product Manager and run things collaboratively.

Minimum Requirements:

Most importantly, you need to be super passionate about design and obsessive about detail while having a good sense of users and a keen interest to understand broad business goals.

Other than that you need to have:

• 2+ years of experience in UI/UX designs
