Position : Flutter Developer

Location : Gurugram, India (Immediate Joining)

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and build advanced mobile apps for Android & iOS using Flutter. Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create intuitive user interfaces.
• Integrate REST APIs and third-party services into apps.
• Write clean, maintainable code and perform tests for robustness.
• Ensure high performance and responsiveness in all apps.

Requirements :

• 3+ Years of experience in Flutter app development.
• Proficient in Dart with strong object-oriented programming skills. - Experience with Android/iOS mobile development (native or cross-platform).
• Familiarity with Firebase, RESTful APIs, and version control tools (Git).
• Understanding of mobile UI/UX principles. - Experience with state management (Bloc, Provider, GetX) and Agile methodologies.

About The Role

CapitalNow is seeking an Android Developer with notable experience in Java and Kotlin development. The technical team is responsible for developing the supported mobile application and web app for customers and a control panel for the marketing team involved in CapitalNow. You will be responsible for delivering best in a class mobile experience, engineering-complex, secure & high-quality native Android mobile apps for our product.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate efficiently across cross-functional teams such as product managers, UX-/UI-designers, and other software engineers
• Design, build and maintain high-performance reusable, and reliable code
• Continually improve and innovate software development, deployment and testing to ensure high-quality, on-time releases. Conduct and participate in code-reviews
• Provide UAT support & needed assistance for release management activities
• Serve as a leader for team members to learn from regarding mobile technologies, development, and delivery processes

Essential Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in Android Kotlin/Java development
• Excellent understanding of Objective Oriented design patterns, Android fundamentals, and Android SDK (versions 5.0 and up)
• ○  Experience with offline persistence, threading, memory management, and performance tuning
• ○ Data structure optimizations, security, IPC, App Modularization
• ○ 3+yrs of Experience in integrating third-party SDKs like Facebook, Gmail/Google, and Payment gateways like CCAvenue, PayU, Razorpay, etc
• ○ Including Android Architecture Components, Navigation Framework, Android Jetpack, Android NDK, View components, JSON, and more
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services
• Published at least two original Android apps
• Knowledge of Google Playstore Policies and experience in handling all types of permissions in Playstore
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills

Desired Qualifications

• Having experience working in the Financial Services domain (good if it's in capital markets) is an added advantage
• Familiarity with Unit Testing
• Hands-on experience as a Senior Android developer is a plus
• Having experience in writing complex queries using MySQL is an added advantage
• Immediate joiner is most preferable 

Roles and Responsibilities for Android Developer(2-4yrs)

• Creating Android Apps using native technologies set Java, Kotlin, Android studio.
• Developing, releasing, and maintaining Android Applications and also coordinate and participate in the backend coding, API development, and testing.
• Ability to participate in the design process also, be able to understand user experience and work with design team accordingly.
• Good understanding of the latest Android features and libraries such as Retrofit, Volley, SQLite, RxJava.
• Good understanding of designing architecture such as MVC, MVP, MVVM.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, SDK integration, Firebase, and Analytics platforms.
• Good Knowledge in OO design, JAVA, Kotlin, RESTful APIs, JSON, Android SDK, Eclipse and Android Studio and also AWS.
• Knowledge of SQLite, Graph & Chart API and other Google APIs and UI & UX designing.
• Optimizing performance for the apps and keep up to date on the latest industry trends in the mobile technologies.
• Good grasp of algorithms, design patterns, memory management, and multithreaded programming.
• An experience with other technologies like iOS development, swift, react native, php, APi development, DB programming can be a big plus.
• Experience in dealing with Google play store communication, app rejection, iTunes Apple store.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Must have at least 3 years of experience in native android development.
• Must be graduate with computer science subjects or MCA.
• Must be good in both written and verbal English.
• Must have research skills, ability to troubleshoot and work on exceptions is top priority.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Develop React Native and Android Mobile Applications from design
- Can analyse requirements and communicate with clients
- Must have proficiency in communication
- Should have knowledge of Core Android, Java, Kotlin, React Native, MySQL, SQLite, MVVM, MVP and MVC.
- Work on bug fixes and improvement of Mobile applications.
- Preferred to have knowledge in React Native and Android both.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- 3 + years of experience in Android development.
- Minimum 1 Year experience in React Native development.
- BE/MS/MCA/PGDCA degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject.
- Have worked on ReactJS Projects
