Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing Executive to manage invoicing, billing processes, and documentation within the FMCG sector. The candidate should ensure accuracy in billing, timely processing, and coordination with sales and accounts teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and process invoices for daily sales orders

• Ensure accurate billing as per company policies and pricing structure

• Verify purchase orders, delivery challans, and billing data

• Maintain proper records of invoices and transactions

• Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams for order fulfillment

• Handle debit/credit notes and billing discrepancies

• Ensure compliance with GST regulations and tax requirements

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly billing reports

• Assist in accounts reconciliation and audit processes

• Follow up on pending invoices and resolve billing-related issues

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of GST and invoicing processes

• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally/ERP)

Exp: 1-3 years

Candidate should be able to develop logic and code independently.

Candidate should have good experience in core React/NodeJs/MYSQL, js,jquery and any One CMS of framework.

Candidate should be able to Deployment of application on AWS, Git and Heroku

Web designing knowledge will be an added advantage.

Candidate profile Degree - B-Tech/ B.E./MCA preferable full time only.

Must have knowledge in PHP either of the Frameworks (Zend/ Cake PHP / Code Igniter / Zend/ Symphony).

PHP Programmer with bright ideas and clear goals and Proficiency in ReactJs,NodeJsMySql, jQuery, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Angular MangoDB Core PHP should be very strong.

• Strong Fullstack Engineering Profile with SaaS Product Experience
• Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have 4+ years of experience in building production-grade SaaS applications.
• Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must have 3+ years of hands-on backend development using Python (FastAPI/Django/Flask).
• Mandatory (Experience 3) – Must have 1+ years of frontend experience using React (with Hooks and TypeScript).

This position will be responsible for developing a sales team, coordinating sales operations, and implementing sales techniques that allow the business to meet and surpass its sales targets consistently. You will work with high-profile customers, evaluate budgets, and determine ways to simplify and improve the sales process.

Your tasks often include assigning sales territories, mentoring members of the sales team, setting quotas, assigning sales training, hiring salespeople, and building sales plans. You will also set goals, identify priorities and eliminate redundant activities to increase sales.

Additional duties could find you traveling to client sites, and attending conferences, conventions, and small workshops representing Epixel Solutions.

This position will report to the Chief Growth officer who heads up the Go To Market (GTM) team.

Responsibilities:

The duties and responsibilities of our ideal Sales Manager include:

• Developing and implementing strategic sales plans that expand a company’s customer base and solidify its presence.
• Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing sales teams and by assessing the teams' strengths and weaknesses.
• Establishing productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
• Building and promoting healthy, long-lasting customer relations by partnering with them.
• Developing and implementing new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key demographics.
• Providing daily/weekly/monthly and quarterly reports of field sales success and communicating the Voice of the Customer (VOC) to the reporting manager.

Requirements:

Prospective Sales Manager candidates should have a minimum of 5-10 years of experience working in the sales field, preferably in a fast-moving SaaS organization or startup. They should also have a successful and verified track record in leading a sales department to achieve its goals.

The right candidate should be able to identify opportunities in sales and profits and possess knowledge about allocating Sales Representatives to achieve or exceed set sales performance targets. The candidate must be skilled in data analysis and managing customers using customer relationship management (CRM) as this position involves working with a lot of data and prospects.

Familiarity with our tech stack would be a plus (Zoho, Calendly, Google Apps, Redmine)

Job Overview: You will be part of the core product engineering team. It’s a small, highly productive team building a large and complex product. Our web app is built with React and Redux. The mobile apps are built with React-Native. The backend is built with NodeJs and PostgreSQL. So, javascript is the language we speak 😉. If you are fluent in javascript, you will be a great fit!
