Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Process Associate at Growing Stars Consulting in Jaipur. The Process Associate will be responsible for tasks related to analytical processes, customer service, communication, finance, and business process outsourcing (BPO).

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills, Finance, and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) skills
• Customer Service and Communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
• Experience in process improvement is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

Key accountabilities include: 

• Must have 5+ years of experience in 
• Secure web application development using Angular 7+
• Integrating the web application with REST APIs
• Strong logical problem-solving skill
• Must have strong knowledge in debugging the Angular application and REST APIs
• Must have strong knowledge in Data structure, Algorithms and Object-Oriented Programming
• Must have worked on IIS webs server and Angular
• Must have knowledge in data encryption and decryption algorithm using certificates & troubleshooting, SHA-256
• Good in web application debugging and troubleshooting.
• Good web application error log analysis

Roles & Responsibilities

• Implement comprehensive strategies to improve onboarding metrics
• Develop & execute events for startups. Help them connect and network
• Evaluate & filter potential startups and get them onboarded to the PedalStart Community
• Analyse startups' needs and offer solutions and guidance to help in their growth and chase critical metrics
• Monitor and analyse the performance of all campaigns, assessing key performance indicators (KPIs) & return on investment (ROI)
• Work on multiple ongoing projects, ensuring efficient multitasking and successful execution

Desired Skill Set

• Basic Experience- Prior experience in Sales/Account Management (06 months - 2 years)

Job Description:

• Strong working experience in IOS application development is a must. First-hand experience of native mobile apps using Swift must.
• Experience with Swift, RxSwift, Swift UI, Unit test.
• Strong system design and architecture skills - specifically for IOS. Curiosity to tinker around, explore new paradigms and strongest for continuous improvement. Strong problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of network connections, Rest API'sand scheduling. Strong knowledge about security standards (e.g. HTTPS) and privacy standards.
• Idea/experience of the unit and instrumentation testing in IOS. Optimizing app performance and memory consumption.
• Leveraging community libraries to efficiently complete development tasks.
• Debugging apps using simulators and related tooling.
• Persisting data for offline-first apps using databases such as Realm.
• Localizing apps to support multiple languages and regions, vernacular libraries and fonts.
• Familiar with Version control system such as GIT.
