1. Performance Marketing Specialist (Google Ads + LinkedIn Ads + Funnels + Analytics)
Experience: 1.5 – 5 years
Role Summary
Own the end-to-end paid acquisition engine for all Byte Elephants SaaS products. Runhigh-converting campaigns, optimize budgets, build landing pages, and deliver predictable monthly MQLs.
Key Responsibilities
Run LinkedIn Lead Gen, Sponsored Content, InMail, and retargeting campaigns
Manage Google Search, Display, Retargeting & Performance Max
Build & A/B test landing pages (Zoho, Unbounce, Webflow, WP)
Track performance using GA4, Tag Manager, Hotjar
Reduce CPL and improve conversion rates
Integrate leads into CRM workflows & automate nurturing sequences
Prepare weekly performance dashboards with insights
Ideal Candidate

Able to scale budgets responsibly
Experience in B2B or SaaS preferred

Qualifications:
B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical or Electronic with good academic background.
Experience and Required Skill Sets:
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory, SQL Data Warehouse, Azure Blob, Azure Storage Explorer
• Experience in Data warehouse/analytical systems using Azure Synapse.
Proficient in creating Azure Data Factory pipelines for ETL processing; copy activity, custom Azure development, Synapse, etc.
• Knowledge of Azure Data Catalog, Event Grid, Service Bus, SQL, and Purview.
• Good technical knowledge in Microsoft SQL Server BI Suite (ETL, Reporting, Analytics, Dashboards) using SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, Power BI

Other Requirements:

10+ years of sales/business development experience in Cyber Security Domain
