District Sales Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a driven and relationship-focused Account Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of enterprise and mid-market clients, responsible for deepening those relationships, identifying expansion opportunities, and ensuring our QA outsourcing solutions continue to deliver measurable value. Alongside your existing-client responsibilities, you will actively pursue and close new business to expand our customer base. 

Client Development & Retention

• Serve as the dedicated relationship owner for a portfolio of existing accounts, building trust at multiple stakeholder levels including C-suite, engineering, and procurement.
•  Conduct regular business reviews (QBRs) to assess client satisfaction, present performance metrics, and align on strategic goals.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities — expanding scope, headcount, or service lines within existing accounts.
• Proactively address client concerns, coordinate with delivery and technical teams to resolve issues, and ensure a consistently high standard of service.
• Track contract renewals and lead renegotiation discussions well in advance of expiration.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, account health indicators, and revenue forecasts.

New Business Development

• Build and manage a healthy pipeline of new prospects through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and inbound leads.
• Lead end-to-end sales cycles: prospecting, discovery, solution scoping, proposal development, negotiation, and contract close.
• Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to craft compelling, customised proposals and presentations.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and QA/tech forums to generate leads and raise brand visibility.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual new business revenue targets.

We are looking for a Senior Java Developer to join our core technology team and lead backend development for

our SaaS-based fleet management platform. You will work closely with the leadership team to design, build, and

scale robust backend systems that power our products.

• Design and develop scalable REST APIs and backend services using Java Spring Boot

• Own the database architecture and query optimization on PostgreSQL

• Collaborate with frontend and mobile developers to deliver integrated product features

• Ensure code quality through reviews, documentation, and best practices

• Contribute to architecture decisions and technical roadmap discussions

• Work directly with the founding team in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment

• Familiarity with the ASP.NET framework, SQL Server and design/architectural patterns (e.g. Model-View-Controller (MVC)
• 5 years of development experience using C# .NET
• Knowledge of at least one of the .NET languages (e.g. C#, Visual Basic .NET) and HTML5/CSS3
• Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC)
• Understanding of Agile methodologies
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
• Knowledge of REST and RPC APIs
• Able to work well in a team setting

• Aid in the development and ongoing maintenance of our DevOps platform (Ansible)
• Provide technical advice and recommendations for language and software choices.
• Develop code that is cross-browser and cross-platform friendly
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure all requirements are met

Role : Android Developer

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Design components by translating product requirements, break down projects into tasks, and provide accurate estimates. Build scalable and reliable technology solutions at a rapid pace
• Work on native Android as well as Angular tech stack while keeping performance goals in mind
• Independently come up with different solutions, extensible Low-level design. Write modular, extensible, readable, and performant code

QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to resolve problems with support and must understand the mobile ecosystem and its limitations.
