Required Skills & Experience
- 5–8 years of UX/Product Design experience, preferably in enterprise SaaS environments.
- Expert understanding of UX processes, interaction design fundamentals, and end-to-end design workflows, including how AI is reshaping each stage of that process, from discovery through delivery
- Strong portfolio demonstrating ability to design for complex systems, including examples of how AI tools were used to accelerate, enhance, or scale the work.
- Strong foundation in traditional user research methods, with hands-on experience using AI throughout the research process, from study design and data gathering to synthesis and insight generation, to produce faster, more defensible product decisions.
- Mastery of core design tools such as Figma, including AI-native features and integrations, and working knowledge of adjacent tools like Cursor, Claude Code, and Figma MCP that are increasingly part of the modern design-to-dev workflow.
- Deep experience with design systems, from consuming to contributing at scale, including exploring how AI can automate component generation and accelerate system maintenance.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present design rationale to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to operate autonomously and manage multiple workstreams, including knowing when to apply AI to accelerate decisions and when human judgment and craft should lead.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern component libraries, with an ability to work alongside AI code generation tools to produce and review implementation-ready outputs.
- Ability to craft creative solutions while working within existing frameworks and constraints.
- Experience collaborating with and influencing US-based teams.
Education & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in design or a related field preferred.
