Objective of this Role :

· Identify and evaluate potential sales leads through networking and online research.

· Communicate effectively to foster relationships with new and existing partners.

· Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

· Build a deep understanding of our service and present them effectively to clients. 

Responsibilities :

· Respond promptly to any issues that directly affect sales.

· Hire, onboard and train new team members in the sales team.

· Directly oversee the growth of assigned markets and clients.

· Represent the company at industry events, meetings and conferences.

· Track and analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

· Achieve monthly sales targets with demonstrable key performance indicators (KPIs).

· Present monthly and quarterly sales reports to senior board members and investors.

Required skills and qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, sales or a related field.

· 2-3 years of experience in sales or business development roles.

· Effective communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills.

· Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

· Adept in networking, project management and problem-solving.

· Possess strong creative and strategic thinking skills to develop effective sales strategies through delegation, prioritisation and execution for business growth.

Preferred skills and qualifications

· A master's degree in business administration, marketing or related fields.

· Experience working in the B2B an B2C IT Sales market with a deep understanding of industry trends and the competitive landscape.

· Ability to work collaboratively with other teams and good leadership skills to manage, motivate and lead the team to achieve desired outcomes.

· Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools (like Salesforce or Hubspot).

· Candidate must have a working experience in a Service Industry.

Job Requirements:

Must have and up-to-date knowledge of NodeJS and class-based programming.

Professional experience building single page applications using React, Vue.js.

Must have strong and up-to-date knowledge of JavaScript ES6 and higher.

You can make a solid relational data model and have a deep knowledge of SQL and MySQL.

You have a good understanding of HTTP and know how to make a reliable and modern web API (REST).

Should have worked on at least one large complex web application.

You Should know how to write clean and flexible object-oriented code.

You must have a good understanding of sync programming concepts.

You Should work daily with tools like Git, NPM, Composer and a proper IDE.

You Should able to deliver POCs, experiments and technology evaluations following design thinking practices.

We are looking for an experienced iOS Engineer who will continue to improve our mobile application including but not limited to performance, UI and UX. You’ll be responsible for building new and supporting existing product features.

• Design and build applications for iOS platforms
• Ensure performance and quality of the application

• Responding to queries via mail and inbound calls.
• Generating bulk offer letters and salary slips and sending them on mail
• Documentation , updating of details and onboarding of received data in master file.

Key Skills Required

• Excellent hands on practice on working on Ms Excel
• Excellent knowledge of Pivot Table , Vlookup , Conditional formatting etc and shortcut key formulas
• 30 -40 wpm per minute typing skills are mandatory
• 1 -2+ years’ experience as database management or MIS Executive
• Candidates who have experience in customer service while maintaining database and working on excel will be preferred
• Satisfactory communication skills in English to respond queries on mails.
