Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced developer to design and build cross-platform mobile applications integrated with enterprise backend systems. The role involves working on both mobile (Android & iOS) using Kotlin Multiplatform and backend services using Java / Spring Boot.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop mobile applications for Android and iOS using Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP)
• Design and implement reusable shared modules across platforms
• Develop and maintain backend services using Java / Spring Boot
• Build and consume REST APIs
• Integrate authentication and security mechanisms
• Perform testing, debugging, and performance optimization

Job Role and Responsibilities:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Min 6 years of development experience in Spring Boot & Microservices architecture
• Working experience with Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, MySQL, Spring Data JPA, AWS, Spring Cloud, Maven, GitHub, Swagger, Eureka, Zuul etc.
• Strong understanding of API Security for Microservices (Spring Security, OAuth 2.0, JWT)
• Strong understanding of web development cycle and programming techniques and tools
• Ability to work independently or with group

• Strong understanding of modern development methodologies and best industry standards
• Experience working with APIs, RESTful APIs & Microservices
• Experience building highly scalable applications using Redis, Kafka, Akka, gRPC
• Mentor, Train 3-4 engineers 
• AWS knowledge is a plus
• Strong knowledge on SQL and NoSQL Databases
• Should have worked on developing large scale products and services

This application provides users with a tailored, independent solution, including a required multi-dimensional validity date concept for administering all organizational and contractual sales force data to deliver structured information to many data consumers.

To reinforce our dynamic development team, we are seeking a skilled Backend or Full-stack Developer. In this role, you will collaborate with international cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain the application, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.

Write clean, efficient, and reusable code.

Implement new features and functionality based on business requirements.

Participate in system and application architecture discussions.

Create technical designs and specifications for new features or enhancements.

Write and execute unit tests to ensure code quality.

Debug and resolve technical issues and software defects.

Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices.

Identify and fix vulnerabilities to ensure application integrity.

Work with frontend developers to ensure seamless integration of user-facing elements.

Collaborate with DevOps teams for deployment and scaling.

Design and implement workflow automation using Camunda BPM, integrating it with backend services and ensuring efficient process execution.

Optimize and maintain business process models and workflow orchestration using Camunda.

Troubleshoot and enhance Camunda BPMN workflows, DMN decision tables, and process automation configurations.

Requirements

 Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience as a skilled Backend or Full-stack Developer. Experience in the insurance domain is appreciated.

Strong experience with Spring Boot 3, Java 17 or newer, and Maven.

Experience with PostgreSQL, Jenkins, Sonar, Dynatrace, Kubernetes, Mockito, IntelliJ IDEA, and GitHub repository.

Hands-on experience with Camunda BPM (v7 or v8), including BPMN workflows, DMN decision tables, and REST API integration.

Experience with Angular TS and/or AWS, Kafka is a plus.

Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively in a team environment.

• 2.5+ year of experience in Development in JAVA technology.
• Strong Java Basics

• Hands on experience on Relationl Databases (SQL query or Hibernate) + Mongo (JSON parsing)

• Understanding of AI/ML algorithms is a plus.

Qualification: Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.

• Skilled in Java / J2EE including frameworks like Microservices, Spring boot, hibernate etc
• Experience with microservices-based architecture including building
• Good knowledge of SQL (MySQL / Oracle / SQL Server / Postgres), NoSQL (MongoDB / Cassandra), App server Knowledge (Tomcat/JBoss etc.), OSGi, REST Web Services
• Working / Usage experience of Docker, Microservices, Jenkins, Multithreading, Design patterns, Java 1.8 and Container
• Experience with Cloud computing in added advantage (AWS / Azure)
• Strong Debugging and Troubleshooting Expertise.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written)

Job Requirements :

- 4+ years of Java development experience

- 4+ years of microservice development experience with Spring boot framework

- Core & Advanced Java (Threading, Design Patterns, Data Structures) J2EE, REST web services

- Excellent knowledge of Enterprise Design Patterns

- Full stack development with Angular 8 experience will be a plus

- Experience with test driven software development
