coordinating business proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and client documentation that effectively communicate Tradelab’s offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, edit, and manage responses to RFPs, RFIs, and client proposals.

• Collaborate with sales, product, and technical teams to gather relevant information.

• Develop persuasive content that clearly articulates product value propositions.

• Maintain a repository of standard proposal content, case studies, and templates.

• Ensure all proposals comply with client requirements and company branding guidelines.

• Support the sales and business development teams with presentation materials and documentation.

• Continuously update knowledge of trading and brokerage products and services.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or related field.

• Up to 5 years of experience as a Proposal Writer, preferably in trading, broking, or fintech.

• Strong understanding of financial markets, trading platforms, and brokerage operations.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

·         Presentation: Effectively present design concepts and prototypes to internal teams and clients, ensuring clear communication of ideas and design intent.

·         Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, pattern making, and marketing, to ensure cohesive product development and brand alignment.

·         Quality Assurance: Monitor the quality of samples and final products to ensure they meet design specifications and performance standards.
