Role Description
We are looking for a full-time Business Development Trainee to be based on-site in Gurugram. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, supporting, and maintaining new and existing business partnerships. The role requires a tech-savvy individual with excellent communication skills.
Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree or higher
-Experience in business development, sales, or marketing desirable is a plus
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
-Proven ability to take ownership and responsibility, show initiative, and work effectively in a team environment
-Conduct video counselling sessions
-Generate trial classes
-Take counselling sessions and convert them to sales.

- Involve in full software development life cycle for frontend and backend systems
- Propose software development planning and design according to project timeline

- Standby support for Production issue

QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree or at least diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems major
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- At least 4 -5 years’ experience in IT.
- 3 years’ and above experience with good programming skills can be considered
- Cloud technologies and microservices framework understanding and experience would be advantage but not critical
- Consult with the customers on their needs and curate company products to meet the requirements
- Responsible for the success of workshops, for both the client and facilitator
- Take care of workshop logistics for the client
- Help the client prep for the workshop, answer any questions they may have about the workshop be the face of the company, and ensure smooth delivery of the workshops
- Help facilitator with preparation and travel
- Serve as the primary point of contact when customer issues arise, troubleshooting, and ensuring quick resolution.

Basic Qualifications:
- 2 – 5 years of work experience managing senior customer relationships
