Role Overview:

We are seeking a Support Engineer with 1 year of experience in PHP and MySQL to support and troubleshoot EdTech applications such as LMS or ERP systems.

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for PHP-based applications

Troubleshoot bugs and database issues (MySQL)

Handle support tickets and client queries

Coordinate with development teams for issue resolution

Requirements:

1+ year experience in PHP & MySQL

Basic knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JS)

Good communication and problem-solving skills

EdTech/LMS experience is a plus

Executive/ Sr. Executive/ Analyst /Sr. Analyst - AR

Demonstrated Skills: 

• Average ability on calling, spoken and written English with moderate medical billing knowledge. 

• Should be able to work independently with minimal supervision, on moderate and complex tasks with guidance from supervisors 

• Should be a team player and collaborate in solving the issues and problems. 

Roles & Responsibilities: 

• Ability to talk to insurance companies & check online for outstanding payments and document the conversation/ findings on patient account and assigned WP as per the standardization protocol with required accuracy. 

• Willingness to work in the night shift 

• Meet Compliance requirements like HIPPA etc. 

• Meet QMS and ISMS requirements 

• Meet productivity and quality standards 

• Should have good typing speed of 25 wpm 

• Should ensure 100% attendance. 

Sr. Executive - AR:-

Demonstrated Skills:

• Above average calling, spoken and written English skills, high medical billing knowledge 

• Should work independently, and with minimal supervision, on complex tasks with guidance from supervisors 

• Should be a team player and collaborate in solving the issues 

Roles & Responsibilities: 

• Ability to analyze a claim and talk to insurance companies & check online for outstanding payments and take necessary action, so that the claim is closed 

• Mentor and guide team members 

• Willing to work in Night shifts 

• Typing skills should be at min 30 wpm 

• Should ensure 100% attendance. Should not have any unapproved absenteeism 

• Ensure required quality standards.

Main tasks

• Implementation, operating and monitoring of LS system solutions on-premise and in the cloud
• Analysis and sustainable troubleshooting of system failures
• Support in the area of information and IT security
• Maintenance and further development of IT infrastructure in the field of container infrastructure and orchestration as well as on-premise hardware
• Creating system installation documentation

• Successfully completed training or studies in the field of IT
• Experience in operating on-premise, public, and private cloud solutions

Job description:

• Extensive knowledge and experience of custom WordPress development using JavaScript and PHP frameworks.
• Experience and ability to build WordPress plugins from detailed briefs and mock ups using best practices, clean reusable and expandable code.
• Experience in using cPanel and deployment
• Development and Maintenance of high-traffic WordPress and WooCommerce based websites
• Developing front-end websites and applications using HTML, CSS, Javascript, jQuery, PHP

• 2-5 years of professional Android Application development experience.
• Experience in designing, development, and REST API Integration of Android Applications using Dart, Java, or Kotlin.
• Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices.
• Ability to design, build, and maintain high-performance, reusable, and reliable code.
• Deep knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of android, and handling of multiple screen sizes.

• Provide timely status updates and proactive communications on issues to the managers and clients
• Manage full SDLC including development queue and change requests and plan deployments
• Develop and maintain application updates and changes
• Develop new modules in application including interfaces and APIs
• Contribute to meet overall organization initiatives/objectives

Experience
